Outstanding end user care
I'm the end user of bi-fold doors supplied by Mazuli ordered and installed by our builder. We had water ingress a couple of months after the doors were installed and build was completed. I contacted the builder as they supplied doors, not a massive amount of help from them. After nearly a year of back and forth between myself and the builder with still no solution,I took it upon myself to get it sorted and by chance I found out Mazuli was the manufacturer (luckily I took lots of pictures during the build). I ended up contacting the MD of Mazuli, who responded to my email in under a minute asking me to call him. After speaking to Mark, things started moving. Okay the doors had a fault, annoying but these things happen and I understand that (not everything is perfect 100% of the time). Our doors might be the 1 in every 100000 that have an issue. What matters to me, is the aftercare service, if and when things goes wrong. And I can honestly say hand on heart, that the Mazuli team have excelled in that department. The builder had pretty much washed his hands of us, but Mazuli stood by their product and got it fixed. The engineers who visited our home were timely, respectful and tidied up any mess made. I had a couple of niggling issues when the rains arrived, but yet again the team have not ignored me and have been amazing at making sure I'm happy. The doors are amazing, the customer service I received from Mark, Sarah, Jamie, Gary and Kenny outstanding. This company acknowledges when there's a fault and deals with it, to me that's a company that believes in the quality of their product. Sadly not all businesses/companies act with the same morals or integrity as the Mazuli team has shown.
