A genuine buyer interested in a white Hyundai i10 EX66LXZ currently advertised with full service history. Agreed price but when asked for proof of service history dealer only able to provide invoice for last service saying service maintenance book prior to that not available. Suggested dealer try and get service history from Hyundai but no word since. As the moto goes if the price looks too good to be true it usually is.

I don’t think I’ve met anyone more amazing than Mazz. I initially left a bad review because of my experience with a car I purchased from him in Dec. 2022. He saw the reviews, then contacted me. After explaining what happened, he told me to bring back the car to have it completely fixed. Somewhere along the line, I told him that what I’d really like to have the car replaced; and that’s exactly what he did. He simply sent me a link to his inventory so that I could look for another car. When I eventually got to his dealership and couldn’t find one that I liked, he asked that I be taken to their storage to see if I could find something there. That was where I found something very beautiful. I can’t really describe my entire experience with Mazz in this review, but to say that he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Thanks a ton, buddy, you’re awesome.

Excellent service, clear communication. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Mazz Motors they quickly reserved the car for me on deposit payment and held it for a week till I was able to test drive. Very friendly and not pushy atmosphere in the office. Even gave me extra days to think about it with no further deposit, and full deposit refund with no questions asked.

Booked this guy to look at moped he didn’t show up and did not answer my calls or text. Unreliable would not recommend as he would probably waste your time too.

bought a car from Mazz motors almost 3 years ago with 2 years warranty, they helped me with a minor fault under warranty . I came to them again part x my current car.

I bought a car in this garage, I had a lot of problems, my old car that I left in the garage, they sold the car to someone else in my name, where they got fines in my name, the garage didn't want to pay me, the responsibility was theirs….apparently one honest garage, but not they were very dishonest with me, I recommend not buying cars in this garage.

Visited mazz motor to view a mini the car was extremely in good condition as described on the adverts. Very friendly stuff helped me with my insurance sort out my finance with very good rates. Honest and helpful people to deal with.

I rang them to book a viewing and test drive of a car advertised as “ready to go” and bodywork and interior “good condition”.
I was also told over the phone that the car was ready to go. This was good, as we were travelling out of our way, so was hoping to take the car.
We arrived just before our morning appointment to find them shut. After waiting for 10 minutes I rang the mobile number to be told someone will be there in 5 minutes as the person due in had rung to say they weren’t coming in.
We were then asked to drive and follow them to their storage yard around the corner where the car is.
Well, I say storage yard - more like scrap yard.
The car we were viewing was filthy, had a flat tyre and had undergone no preparation at all. The bodywork was pretty bad (the side indicator lenses looked like they had been coloured in with a marker pen to black them out) and the driver’s seat had a rip in it!

Needless to say I was pretty annoyed and we walked away having wasted time and petrol to view a blatantly mis-advertised car

We bought a car on 3rd August. by the 11th October we had to replace all 4 tyres and the rear break pads were metal to metal. On the 6th September one of the tyres started to go down quickly . We quickly exited of the main road. We were towed to a garage and tyre replaced. the following day on 7th of September we heard a bang . We were driving down a country lane so fortunately avoided colliding with anyone. Once again we were towed to a garage. We were advised one of the tyres was 0.8mm below legal limit and other 2 tyres had damage and bulge on them so we had to have all 3 tyres replaced. when we bought the car there was a problem with gear stick that we excepted 100 discount as he said it was easy to replace and showed us what to order. As we are not mechanical we decided to take the car to another garage they advised that it was the gear selector and wanted more money to replace it. We contacted Mazz motors and the car was eventually towed back to their garage for repair. I also mentioned that i though the breaks were squeaking.
The car was returned after having the gear stick repaired and shortly after we went on holiday. Whilst away we noticed a grinding sound. We took it to a garage and were told the break pads and discs at the rear were worn metal to metal and needed replacing. I contacted mazz motors and they gave me 250 towards the repairs of 595.00 adding that they had already given a discount for gearstick. We had to pay 51.00 for gearstick diagnostic. We bought the car from Mazz motors with a recently passed mot with no advisory's. Mazz motors have informed me this is wear and tear on our part. I will leave you to form your own opinion. I would never buy a car again from here again and would recommend any one buying a car to get it independently checked out.
I have a written report for 3 tyres that needed replacing and breakpads and discs. we bought from Mazz motors because reviews were good however there is also a comment on here regarding reviews that are left as well. read through all reviews before buying,

As a first-time buyer of a second-hand car, I was really nervous, especially buying it online sight unseen. But these guys made it SO easy and went above and beyond for me, explaining everything and even doing some of the work I should have done myself. When the time comes for another change, I know where I'll be heading!

My wife and I, senior citizens, Went in for a test drive on one vehicle. Found the staff and the sales personal truly so so Co - operative, educational and gave us a huge WOW moment. Made us feel so happy,special, addressed by our names coffee was asked. We felt so thrilled and no job or request was a major hurdle. We had gone earlier to a main dealer in the Sutton area for the same request and purchase of a car as it was advertised that a free test drive was available. We came out apsoulutely shattered and were totally disgusted at the service. We were told we had to literally agree to purchase, make up our minds NOW before a test drive could be taken. Bully and false tactics were being used. But, here at MAZZ motors we were astounded by the professional attitudes of the whole company. Wonderful customer training programmes must hsve been used. Meticulous all around. We were so overjoyed we purchased TWO Cars, ie a Nissan and a Hyundia. Congratulations to the the management. A bouquet of sweet smelling Flowers were left in each car. Small service manuals were up to date. Spare keys and the insides were immaculately looked after. A huge THANKING YOU 🙏 to the staff. Would recommend and shout from the top of the roofs about the excellent friendly service with a smile from MAZZ MOTORS PS:We have placed a future request for a SUV car, as the family is growing.
