Have an account there for at least 5 years (PLN, EUR, USD). All the transfers were performed well and on time. The fees are charged according to the rules.

WORST bank
Horrible bank! Even worse customer service! Website not in english, customer service slow and incompetent. I received a letter (had to go to the post office to pick it up) saying that they were going to cancel my account, when I asked the reason, they said it is because my passport information had expired and I didn't updated the information with the new passport. I received no email or someone calling me to let me know and ask me to update it. As this is, according to CS "irreversible" their "solution" was to close that account and at the same time go in person to open a new one.... which I obviously didn't do.
