Avoid if you need a reliable service in the Norwich area
Contacted this company as they were recommended. Requested a home visit assessment of a domestic gas boiler losing pressure and boiler service for a disabled gentleman who relies on heating 24/7 365 days of the year. Spent over a week chasing this plumber by text, kept making promises to do the job and last minute either didn't show up or texted an excuse and gave another date only for that to be scuppered. Did not make any effort to call and speak to me and did not appear to be concerned that he was letting down a vulnerable person. My advice would be to find a reliable service with good customer service skills who will actually want to speak with you and find out how they can help! Needless to say we've gone elsewhere with our custom.
