Apparently fraud with there contractors…

Apparently fraud with there contractors is a thing. PSE&G paid $7500 through them to a contractor Green home solutions who installed 2 thermostats and less than 250 dollars of "energy savers" in my Attic and now needs more money from pse&g to do the rest of what they said they'll do.
Spoke with Diane once then I have been dealing with Michael who said he was sending someone to verify the lack of work done here. HEARD NOTHING maybe they're complicit but the misappropriation of federal funds is still a felony
