They hold all the cards and they know it.

I recently had the misfortune of helping my daughter while dealing with this company through insurance mitigation and they gave me a phone number to send a Venmo payment that was connected to two accounts. After spending an hour, trying to reach them on the phone to verify which one it was I unfortunately apparently selected the wrong one and even though they received the payment and the payment was complete, they refused to complete their job. They also refuse to help me recover my money that they are holding now and I’m out $1500.
