Let me tell you that the games are fair. And the selection is One of the best. I will not say that this place isn't fair with the money you play with. However they are very scandalous on their bonuses. I basically had to beg for my level up bonus. And after pointing out that I qualified for at LEAST 75 FREE SPINS for another promotion that they were running, they continued to deny me of the spins.. Giving 2 completely different reasons. One agent said I had to play my deposit on that certain game, and the other said that I didn't deposit enough money. Both reasons were completely UNTRUE AND STRAIGHT LIES. LIKE I said fair but shady operation at this place

First of all they wouldn't allow me to withdraw the money after i completed the rollover, but after a couples of tries the transaction was "accepted" but then got instantly cancelled, i the got an email saying that i was selected for a "random security review" and that i would need to send my ID and a bunch more of personal documents to they're email, then afterwards i got my account suspended with no explaniton, so i lost the money that i deposited and couldn't withdrawn nothing.
the least they could do is give back the money i deposited.
Overall awfull experience and by looking at other reviews im not the only one.
Its been almost a week since my account was suspended and they haven't responded to any of my emails so obviously the reviews saying tha tht eocstumer service is really good are obviously bots and fakes accounts.Still have no idea why the account was suspended and im still waiting for a response.

A week ago when I attempted to withdraw my funds I was selected for a random security check. After 7 days of sending and resending my documents because supposedly the photos I sent were "blurry", I received another email today basically saying "we'll let you know when we're done with my account review. No date, no reason why and this is after I sent my documents in 5 times! With the same response every time. One of your documents is blurry. Oh an they suspended my account as well. For a random security check. What a bunch of crap! I won't be back. Hopefully they don't rip me off. I'm guessing since it's been over a week with a bunch of vague excuses I've already been ripped off and just need to accept it. My advice, find somewhere that actually appreciates the people that dump thousands of dollars into their casino. Mbit will take advantage of you the second you attempt to cash out. Just fyi!
