We've noticed you left a negative review without specifying any details so we would like to clear things up.
After checking your order history, we found that the delivery carrier attempted to deliver your package twice, but you did not accept the delivery. This resulted in unnecessary additional costs for us.
These shipping costs are legally recoverable, and customers are obligated to pay for such expenses when they fail to accept delivery without proper notification. When we explained this standard policy, you responded with insults toward our company.
We always strive to communicate professionally with our customers and resolve issues fairly. If you would like to discuss this matter constructively, we remain open to finding a reasonable solution.
