I had reeboting CCC on my BMW, found this company on a forum with good reviews, i tried and sent the module, everything went excellent, good info and support from them, everything was tip top. Good prices, good support all way long, and good and fast job. Excellent. Highly recommends by me to others to use them for repairs.

I had a water damaged Harman Kardon Amplifier (BMW F33), sended it over to repair. Repair was done quickly. And received the item properly back again. Everything is working again! Great service and great communication for a good price.

No sound Audi A3 MMI unit…after months of static crackle. Now sorted

After months of enduring static from my audio unit it finally packed up and I had no sound at all. I chose MCA for the repair because of the clarity of advice on their website about what the problem was, the advice for packing the unit up and completing the documentation for customs is excellent.
The reviews really helped me to decide whether to send my unit abroad for repair, but there’s no better advert than a happy customer.
I posted the MMI unit to Romania via Royal Mail (£16.00). The parcel was tracked and it took just under a fortnight to get there, make sure to follow the website instructions to the letter. MCA returned the repaired unit via DHL, at a cost of £53 and it came back to the UK in about 4 working days.
They keep you updated with progress all through the repair so it was quite refreshing to deal with such a professional company.
I would happily use them again if necessary and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in a similar situation as mine.
As others have mentioned, Remember to keep a copy of your Royal Mail postage receipt and a photo of the completed CN22 export postage label on your packed-up unit, as you need these to prove that you ‘temporarily exported’ the unit for repair, which is essential for DHL to be able to deliver without having to charge you £45 import duty.

I'll give 5 stars if you update your webpage to show actual situation of order. In my case it still says "pending payment" even I have the product already in my hands

They repaired my CCC unit very quickly, however, there were some issues in shipping using postal services where the unit got stuck in SA and was returned back but they were very helpful and supportive all the time. They had to go and get it and ship it again to Tanzania. All of their repairs have one year warranty which gives you that peace of mind. Kudos MCA and keep it up!

Sent BMW BLUETOOTH MODULE for repair. It was returned very fast and in perfect working order. I.cannot fault this team.Excellent communication and very reasonable cost.I highly recomend this company to all BMW owners.

I sent my the MULF of my E91 330xi to MCA. They was a probleme with it, it cut the sound of the radio. No issue during all the process, they repaired it and sent it back for a very cheap price. It put it back in the car and it seems that every works properly.

A little unsure initially about sending my BMW CCC Unit all the way to Romania, but from start to finish Alex & Vlad at MCA addressed any concerns I had and kept me up to speed every step of the way. All in all it cost me £240 shipping incl which is significantly less than a UK quote. A professional web site & from my experience a very professional outfit who I will happily recommend to others with similar issues.

BMW 530d CCC unit just received it back from Romania. I was very reluctant to send it of to Romania. I searched the company for as much info as I could find and I couldn't find anything bad at all.so I bit the bullet and sent it off. All I can say is WOW FANTASTIC I am so so pleased to have it back fully working. Great communication all the way.

Excellent service from Alex and the team at MCA. The Bluetooth (MULF) telephone module on my BMW 330i had the dreaded '--' symbol following a battery issue. I sent the MULF unit to MCA who successfully repaired it and it is now back, installed and working. I had no issues with customs declaration after following the instructions on the MCA website. Alex was also very responsive to my emails. So, a great experience.

Ccc unit went up the creek contacted many people about this problem !! was coming in very expensive until I came across Alex and the guys at M.C.A electronica !! I can honestly say it was a great choice sent it away to them in Romania received it back , they talk you through the whole process back in car , everything working as it should absolutely chuffed with service well done guys !!!👏👏

Don't bother buying a second hand unit (which I did) that may be defective (which it was). Trust MCA, they work fast, excellent communication. I received my NBT back, plugged it and it works as new.
Also use the express delivery, as now a days you cannot trust post offices anymore. I made the mistake of being cheap for sending it, but not to get it back.
I recommend, these guys are pro, these guys are F A N T A S T I C !
