Quick and easy. After running into difficulties and being scammed by "so called" debt management companies I found McCambridge Duffy. Phoned them and was transfered to a assessor(?) where I was asked questions about my isues. After that took about a week and McCD sent me an draft of my debt handling. After checked and agreed a court sitting was arranged and my PPA went alive. Now, after 5 years , as promised I am debt free tanks to McCD. During this time I had some difficulties, but this company had very helpful and professional attitude and helped me to go thru and succesfully finish what we started 5 years ago. I can ONLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone, who has serious interest get out of debts. A high level of complet services offered by McCD is hard to beat.

Mc cambridge duffy have given us our lifes back after years of debt from the recession very professional and understanding and non judgemental . I would recommend them without hesitation if your are struggling with debt . There is light at end of tunnel.

When we were under constant pressure from debtors, threatening letters, calls etc causing life to be hell I as advised to contact McCambridge Duffy. I never looked back, so helpful understanding and professional, from then on all all nasty calls stopped, they dealt with everything. Now 5 years later all debts cleared. Was reluctant to tell anyone about my financial problems for ages, what a fool I was not to contact them sooner. Highly recommend contacting them if you have financial debt issues.

I thought I had lost my home when I moved in with my partner, who withheld my keys from me, it was years before I found them by accident, I secretly had my family help me to move out of my partner's and moved back into my home which by that stage was bought over by start mortgages... i contacted Mc Cambridge and Duffy whom I knew of through a friend and within a year I had an agreement with the bank ... I was told by another insolvency company there was no hope for me to keep my house, Mc cambridge and Duffy have changed my life and given me hope and I'll be forever thankful to them.

At last I found the real deal. Having dealt with all manner of agencies and consultants in an endeavour to resolve our mortgage difficulties, we eventually came to McCambridge Duffy. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.
Their staff are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They do exactly what they say they will do, they reply to phone calls, reply to emails and deal with issues immediately.
If you need their help, get your own side organised (facts & figures) and go to them. They will do the rest. Each department is well-staffed and the whole process is flawless.
I might sound gushing in my praise, but my experience with the banks and various agencies had left me broken hearted! It was very refreshing to come upon a firm that actually knew what they were doing and did it. Don't waste time and money using other agents like I did.
This probably looks like a fake review lol, but honestly I wasted years with arrears customer support, MABs and so called hot shot consultants. McCambridge Duffy got me a PIA and a write down on my mortgage in a decent timeframe. Now if the coronavirus could go away, we will be flying!

Positives- Proactive and thorough, initial interactions all good and felt supported and understood.

I was with MD for 6 months and all throughout we had a repayment amount agreed and an understanding in writing that the fees would be subsumed in this repayment.,

When it came to final signing of agreement this was not the case and the agreed monthly fee had jumped by 31% to now include the fees and I was left in the lurch.

I contacted another agency who said I was the second person this month and one of many who relayed the same story to them about their experience with this company.

I cannot recommend highly enough. The team here work effortlessly to assist you. I felt supported at all times. Amazing staff, that help from start to finish. 5 stars is just not enough, could give more!

I've been with McCambridge Duffy for the past 2.5 years trying to get agreement on a PIA. They have been great to deal with throughout the process, with the added benefit that they dealt with the bank instead of me! We have finally gotten my PIA agreed and I'm so happy and relieved.
