Ordered an ice maker for my refrigerator, McCombs had the lowest price. Once the order was placed it was shipped the next day and received a couple days later. I was also informed when my order was shipped and given a tracking number. My ice maker lives once again!

Got my part within 2 days and was exactly as I ordered. Will use again. Thanks!

They've got unbeatable prices, I use mccombs and shopjimmy for almost all of my appliance parts needs.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance parts.

I ordered a dishwasher part from McCombs Supply Co., Inc. and they sent me the wrong part which I returned. I emailed them to find out why I haven't received my refund yet. They replied that they are not refunding it because it was installed. If I'd been able to install it, I wouldn't have returned it. How can I put something in that doean't fit?
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! THEY ARE CROOKS!

McCombs has great prices. I ordered a part for my pellet stove and shipping did take a little bit long. When I'd received the parts it had been poorly made at the manufacturer but Macomb was quick to respond and help me troubleshoot. Even though my order was 60 days ago, I was on vacation and couldn't install the part, they did offer to refund my money or to replace the part I'm very happy with their customer service in handling this poorly made part. I have nothing but good to say about their customer service They kind of went above and beyond.

Scam Company. No proof of authenticity of products. When trying to return, they gave me a 10% return.

Unable to locate microwave paint (for the inside) so ordered it from McCombs on Friday, expected deliver on the following Monday, was delivered on SUNDAY. Paint works excellent. Microwave worked fine but from constant use the paint was wore off the bottom from the carousel going round and round. Excellent product and fastest deliver ever.

We ordered an ice maker and it was here in 6 days it was the right part and ahead of when they promised it thank you Steve

Extremely poor communication. Sent faulty, damaged motor and provided only partial refund.

Great prices, but I ordered a furnace igniter. I received one that has the wires shorter than half the length of the oem one. So now I have to cut the connector off to twist on the old connector to extend the wires.

I have ordered appliance parts from McCombs a few times now. Always a good selection and price, fast shipping, and the customer service is great. This is the first place I look for replacing appliance parts. Thanks to everyone at McCombs.

I used McCombs Supply again for refrigerator parts. Parts arrived in 3 days, fit perfectly, and at a good price. I will continue to use McCombs for all my appliance needs. They have never disappointed me.

Great customer service. I mistakenly ordered 3 Trane hot surface ignitors but only wanted 2 so I emailed the company. Sam answered the same day and said the order was already pulled but he was able to take care of it and I received 2 perfect parts.
