do not buy!!! Horrible! They take the money and run

Scammers. Don’t waste your time and money. They don’t allow returns, instead offer $10 off from a $150 order. Ridiculous.

I ordered several items: 23rd of May 2024.
Because of personal reasons, 2h later I had to cancel my order and ask for the refund. I have to mention, the order was not sent, or shipped. I just received the confirmation email of receiving the order and my payment. 
Despite the fact THE REFUND NEVER ARRIVED, after I exchanged 2 emails with someone from their team telling me that they submitted a refund application and the relevant departments will process it for me as soon as possible, nobody answered my email for more then 3 weeks now and there isn’t more information on your website where I could get in touch with “SunVastity”. At this point I ask myself is this a scam website? I hope someone will answer my message and refund my money, otherwise I will be forced to take legal measures. Thank you!

if i could give it a no star I would. absolute scam and a waste... poor quality and horrible customer service and I mean HORRIBLE. I saw them on a IG add and I should of looked for reviews before buying. I'm trying to get a refund due to the clothing not fitting right and I've been ghosted.

They advertised on Instagram but since have been removed from the platform. Terrible quality, sizing is extremely off, and customer support is non-existent.

I ordered and paid for seven items, but I received three items. They are very poor quality. Visible errors in stitching on the front of garments, no lining, poor material, terrible fit. There is no way to return garments and no one responds to emails. Their offices are in China so I doubt BBB could have any jurisdiction.

Cheap material, poor fitting, and never replying to the customer.

Return is impossible. I have try contact them but they don't care.

Absolutely terrible. Poor quality garments with NO sizes on them. It’s one size fits nobody.

This is a scam. Their sizing doesn't match the items. Their customer service is terrible. Their refund policy is a lie. You won't receive an answer to any service email on their site. If you happened to buy with Paypal then you may receive their ACTUAL service email address. But then, instead of giving you a shipping label, they will require you to pay to ship it back to China or accept a 15% discount code in lieu of a refund.

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!
The dresses arrived after 2 months and they were so cheap i got so angry that i did throw them all in the garbage.
Before it did arrive i emailed them almost every weekend and they never responded.
People do not waste your money.
I wish i could have checked with Trustpilot as I usually do but their page looked something else. Their fake pictures were all linen stuff and they looked good material.

I would actually like to give zero stars. I placed an order - the items took a month to arrive. I e-mailed a few times asking them where the order was and no response. When I got the items, which were cheap and falling apart and not as pictured - I immediately e-mailed them as per the instructions for return details. I then e-mailed every day for 10 days until I finally went to the credit card company to place a fraud dispute. After almost 2 months, the company finally wrote me back asking me for pictures of all the items and that they will then consider a refund. I did refuse saying they can not respond 2 months later... and that the must give me a refund. They replied the next day with their address to send it all back (on my dime) and then they would inspect and refund it. I told them they needed to give me free returns and pay for it - I have not heard from them - which is now over a week. So - they are the worst. And would never order from them again.

I wish I'd checked trustpilot like I normally do before ordering from a new website. Like others, it seems I was lured in by the beautiful website photos. The items I purchased look nothing like the ones on the website--even the color is completely different. I ordered an orange two-piece and they sent me a yellow set. I ordered a brown dress and they sent me a red dress. In back and forth emails they refused to give me a refund and insisted it was just "lighting" that makes the color look different. They initially offered a 20% refund, but didn't even follow through with that. They refused to pay for return shipping even though the items were clearly misrepresented. The buttons on the dress I received are cheap plastic buttons, not the elegant cloth-covered ones like in the online photos. Also I am skeptical that the material is linen as advertised--it feels more like a rayon blend (I have an educational background in textiles). The workmanship is shoddy--looks like something you'd buy at a flea market, but instead you paid 3x the amount you should have. I should have been suspicious when the merchant asked me for a TIP during the checkout process--what online company does that? Tips are not even customary in Asia so it was clearly a ploy to get as much money as possible from customers.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. I bought $250 worth of clothes. Most of them were I’ll fitting and told the two dresses I wanted to keep, one of them came with a broken pocket that didn’t work (I still was going to keep it though since I don’t like returning things). I reached out to the company that claims they accept returns and had to email them four times within two weeks before I finally got a response and when I did get a response they said they recommend I don’t return it because the price to send back is pretty high. I said I’d still prefer to pay to ship it back and get my money refunded and I never heard back. I followed up countless times and this was weeks ago since this whole saga started. Crappy products and fake customer service. They just take your money and run.

I ordered 2 dresses. Only 1 shipped and arrived. After a few days, I asked for shipping information for the 2nd dress and did not receive a reply. I asked again at about a week later, and still no reply. After day 17, I finally asked for a refund, and again, no reply, no shipping information, and no refund for 2nd dress.

On the 4th August 2023 I ordered on line two apparently attractive summer dresses.
Dresses delivered timeously.I was very disappointed in quality and fit of the dresses and in line with Mccoyn's stated return and refund policy,I requested the company advise and arrange how I should carry out return procedure .Despite promising 'to reply to messages in 24 hours' my MANY messages and attempts to contact Mccoyns, up until 24th August,using a variety of appropriate/ relevant on line sites, the company STILL has not responded to my request.

SCAM! The items took a month to arrive and the quality is horrendous. In the site description it said “linen” but it feels like plastic. I contacted them multiple times with no response. Only, when I disputed through PayPal (which resulted in nothing), they reached out to me stating that I have to pay for return and will get 10% of the refund back. I emailed them again, but they did not respond to my specific grievances ( late delivery & misadvertisement of materials) and instead, rudely suggested a 15% refund. I contacted my bank to dispute. Thank goodness for American banks that protect their customers from foreign scammers.

SCAM DEFINITELY. This company deserves negative-star reviews and needs to be shut down. I ordered $275 worth of clothing that took over a month to finally be shipped, and what arrived, as others described, was HORRIBLE quality. I reached out to their customer service to initiate a return 5 different times with no response. I contacted PayPal to dispute the purchase for this reason and PayPal has sided with the merchant every single time because they state that the clothing has not been returned to them.

If you check the return policy, it clearly states that you need to contact Mccoyn to authorize the return and they'll send a shipping label, which they didn't. But they miraculously respond to PayPal's inquiries regarding the dispute. Will not answer me at all. For this reason I also have an issue with PayPal because there's zero protection for the customer, and as I've seen, will support scamming merchants and leave customers high and dry. Both Mccoyn and PayPal will never get my business again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered what seemed to be a beautiful linned 2 piece outfit. The picture was beautiful. But what I received was 100% oposite of what I expected. Cheap linnen and the top looked like it was made for an infant. I tried to contact customer service, with no reply AT ALL. Stay away from this company they sell fradulent good. You will not receive what you ordered.

Do not buy from this company. The quality is terrible, the clothes are made with only one piece of fabric so they’re see through. The company will not reply to requests to return even tho it’s an option I. Their policy. It’s a scam
