Efficient, pleasant, simple purchase.

I was struggling to find Newtone acoustic guitar strings for immediate delivery. I came across Duncan's site and dropped him an email. It was only a small purchase in business terms, but the rapid and helpful response I received was really welcome; it was followed by next-day delivery (at a most competitive price I might add). McCrerie will be my future go-to site for such purchases. Excellent!

First Class Advice and Service

I first met Duncan at a guitar show where he gave me some great advice about making a bass fretless. Following our discussion I bought the bass (not from Duncan) and he's then done the most superb job making fretless. A top class luthier who takes great interest in understanding what you're looking for and then delivering it.
