1. Prices are very high now.
2. "Points" and "Offers" in the digital app are getting worse and worse. They adjusted the points needed for products and now they cost much more points (small fries was 150 points, now 250).
3. In the restaurants, staff constantly get orders wrong / forget to pack ordered products in McDrives.
4. Staff needs to be reminded of quality and about most simplest things: Fill the fries portions as they are shown on your posters = if you check your fries, they are usually only half portions. One manager told me: "Well you have to squash the fries package, then they look fuller."
5. Toys for Happy Meals are cheaper and cheaper. Playing cards today, compared to toy cars 10 years ago. Back in the days, you could even use the Happy Meal box to play and build. Now it's just trash.

McDonald's Pendlebury/Swinton, everytime I use the drive through items are missing, last time was a Mc Chicken sandwich, time before a Big Mac from missing fries to wrong drinks, the drive through is know for wrong or missing items, however this time got my dips, no nacho wedges, usually the other way round.

I would not use this drive thru.
