I had an amazing experience with this studio, the moment I arrived, both Damian and Calum were so welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the whole shoot, which was especially important as I was doing a mix of different shoots. They both created such a relaxed atmosphere that I was able to feel confident and enjoy the experience. Their professionalism and warm approach really stood out, and it made the whole session memorable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and supportive photography company. I was more than happy with the results, never knew I could look so good!

My first session modelling for Damian was for one of his teaching workshops. His work is beautiful, and he is clearly passionate about what he does. I love the photos I have been sent, thank you very much.

I have been a member of MMOS for the last 2 years. (This is Damian’s own mentoring group). I joined because I wanted to improve my photography skills - mainly studio lighting. I must say that the training has been second to none. Damian gets you to think about lighting in such an easy and understandable way. His Lego brick system of lighting is so easy to implement in your own studio.

For anyone wanting to understand how lighting works and what it can do for your own photography, I would fully recommend doing one of Damian’s courses or find out more about his mentoring scheme. Being part of the mentoring group means that you never feel alone in your business.

As well as the practical side to business he is always on hand to help on the business side too. As part of the mentoring scheme you get 1-2-1 sessions with Damian so you have the opportunity to ask questions pertinent to your own business.

A great training seminar, Damian is excellent in delivering his knowledge in all things photography in a fun and informative way. I learnt so much.

This was a well presented and informative workshop. Damien's style made what could have been a complicated and very technical subject easy to follow. I can't wait to put what I've learned into practice.

Admin and communication from Colin, leading up to the course was great. Very reasonably priced too.
A warm welcome, tea and coffee (and doughnuts!) awaited.
The group was a good size, 9 I think, so quite personable, everyone was friendly and keen to learn more about studio lighting.
Damian’s style of teaching was easy to grasp, not too much jargon, lots of plain English and clear explanations and demo’s with plenty of invitations for questions throughout.
Damian opened my eyes to being creative and do things in my own way, with my own kit, with previous knowledge and the new stuff I had learned on the seminar. I liked that. Permission was granted!
There was great humour and banter from Damian and his team, Lily, Callum and Colin, which ‘lightened’ (pardon the pun) the ambience and made the learning fun. Smiles all around.
Lunch was provided and refreshments throughout.
I would highly recommend this seminar to anyone hoping to improve their understanding of studio lighting, I had a fab day! Thanks to team DM!

I recently attended a workshop on the fundamentals of studio lighting. Damian certainly is an expert at setting up and imaginative in photography. The whole day flew by and was was so enjoyable, I learned such alot, and look forward to putting it into practice when I get home.

I've been mentoring under Damian for over a year now and have found the impact on my photography, my business and my professional development to be huge. What Damian doesn't know about every aspect of photography, lighting, printing, creative design, composition and building a successful business is not worth knowing. Thoroughly recommend.

Always supportive, never negative, working with Damien and the team has given me the confidence to develop my business my own way - which may seem contrary to most current thinking about marketing. If you are looking for a photography mentor who can give you both the practical photography skills AND the business skills, then look no further. My business has blossomed under Damian's tutelage. I have also been taught how to broaden and hone my shooting skills, in particular, crafting light. With the additional benefit of a skilled and experienced team working behind the scenes I truly believe there is no better training on the market. Highly recommended.
