As a first time buyer and faced with the unknown of how it even works, Derek and Shane made the unknown the most understanding, easiest and enjoyable experience of buying my first home 🏠. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough, their efforts, reassurance and support was nothing short of outstanding. Nothing was ever a hassle and they both went above and beyond, no matter when it was I had questions! Having used Derek previously I didn't hesitate to call him again. I was eager to get a bid submitted ASAP, Derek didn't hesitate with helping me. Within the space of 4 days bid was accepted and application formally submitted for mortgage. Received confirmation from Kris (Senior Case manager) 5 days after submitting application that the mortgage was a complete success! unbelievable turnaround and made a new home owner happier than they could have imagined! Thanks to their efforts and dedication this transaction has been superb from the first minute.
