Do not Trust this Company if you value…
Do not Trust this Company if you value your safety when it comes to Jack's ! I bought a Torin Big Red Jack from them which could of been Fatal for my Family ,it buckled under half its load ! When I brought this to there attention they were not happy , they said they would replace it ,after 2 weeks of ping pong messages and refusing responsibility I was told ,it was lost in Transit , and went on like it was my fault , they eventually sent another which was even worse and even more dangerous ! I contacted them and they went silent , after doing research about this product and after warning them the product is a danger to others I found issues with this product online and many YouTube videos from others explaining the same issues , I find it very disturbing that this company would keep selling this product and ignore my safety concerns , if there doing that with this product what else is there , its not Professional to ignore issues which are safety issues , I would AVoid this product and AVoid anyone that neglects to put others at risk over financial gain , Ive reported this to the correct channels in the hope nobody gets hurt in the future .Bad practice and Terrible product 'Torin Big Red Jack' !
