Ali at McGinn and Dolphin is brilliant
Ali at McGinn and Dolphin is brilliant! We recently had an issue affecting our website and then all company emails which you can imagine in these days would cause us significant working issues. We contacted Ali and he came to the rescue and within an hour our emails were back up and running. This would have taken me so long to try and fathom out what was wrong and how to resolve it but Ali talked it all through in a way that made sense and worked to resolve the issue for us. Without him working so efficiently I would have lost revenue across the firm and been tearing what little hair I have left out! Ali then followed up later that evening and first thing in the morning to check the issue had still been resolved. A very thorough, likeable and knowledgeable chap! Thanks so much
