MC Glass Reviews 

I would like to put on record, the excellent service I received yesterday from MC Glass Bexhill and in particular Neil. I had a problem that needed sorting and within 2 hours of speaking to the helpful lady in the office, Neil turned up and sorted the problem. He was polite, caring and did a great job.The problem was not with an MC Glass product but I am a customer of the company

They fitted our front door 4 years ago. Within a few months it had sagged and bowed and it took them a year to come back to have a look. When they finally returned it was temporarily fixed with a piece of plastic (!) which looks hideous until a new bit was ordered. another two years later (we had a pandemic) that explains a little the delay but we still have a plastic temporary bar sitting across the side panel to keep the door from bowing. Another manager has been to inspect advised he would email me and get it ordered ASAP and still we've heard nothing two weeks down the line! I'm well and truly fed up wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Wanting to know how I can escalate this to actually get this door fixed. £2000 and 4 years later its still looking awful and not fixed! And not one apology from MC Glass!

Have used MC Glass on many occasions for window repairs and replacement units and have been delighted with price, quality and installation every time. Highly recommended.

Still waiting for MC Glass to comply with the non conformance issued by FENSA.
Window replaced May. Non conformance notice issued in June.
Have phoned and left messages, have even sat outside Head office in the morning to catch them before start work. I have been told the glass is on order and we are still waiting.
Strangely enough though the pane of glass we needed for another window arrived within a couple of days....probably because we paid for it. Whereas the deficient pane is at their cost

Outstanding service from start to finish. I had 3 large windows fitted, french doors and a couple of glass panels replace alongside a cap flap fitted. Correspondence with Carl, Niamh and the fitters was outstanding from start to finish, nothing was too much hassle. I never thought I could get so excited about having these items done but wow they have just transformed my house. Thank you for all you have done!!!

Our thanks to Matt and the team our windows are wonderful.
We are in an extremely exposed position on the cliff top and have experienced some appalling weather. Thanks to M C Glass we are now warm and weathertight. We have a period house the finish around the windows and doors is perfect. You couldn’t find a nicer company.
There is no hard sell just practical advice.
They have transformed our house and we are very grateful.

We had almost all our windows replaced by them but unfortunately I can not leave a good review due to the amount of noise these windows allowing through. From my bedroom I can hear absolutely everything, birds, every single car passing.I can even tell the weather before I open my blinds.
I am confident they have not been fitted properly if they were the house would be quiet.
I have spoken to the company before they came back checked and said everything was ok ..... I thought I could get used to it but no - the noise is waking me up every morning. My house was quieter before the windows were replaced!
I will definitely be asking someone else to check the windows and fix this problem. I don’t recommend this company at all. They are obviously bad fitters or using poor materials or combination of both.
