UK. Ordered 2 pairs of 38" trousers. Actual size was 43". I had to pay £15 to be able to return them for refund. After months of arguing firm agreed to refund carriage cost as goods supplied were not as advertised, finally saying would make payment in Euros to my French account but as yet nothing...

Shame, this was a grand firm 15 years ago....

I placed my order almost 3 months ago. Still received nothing. Customer support answers my emails only once every two weeks after a few reminders and offers no solution for the problem.

White cotton shawl

Delivery and quality were great as always with this shop!!

Allthough my wife was quite satisfied, she feld a bit disappointed that it differed from the pictures shown on the McGregor site.
At different places on the pics you can clearly see that they used another color of fabric to make the blouse more sophisicated (indigo color instead of tartan to emphasize accents).... also on the inside piece of the neck (as clearly can be seen on one the pictures). However, on receiving the blouse there's no extra fabric on the inside neck side giving the blouse just that little bit of a more 'casual' kind of piece to wear ... which is just a pity ...

The white cotton shawl was on the other hand perfect!

Echter, op de afbeeldingen van de blouse is duidelijk te zien dat er niet alleen een Indigo stof aan de binnenzijde van de knoopsluiting, manchetten zit, maar ook aan de binnenzijde van het nekstuk.

Dit laatste (indigo binnenzijde van het nekstuk) ontbreekt echter; en hoewel mijn vrouw de blouse mooi vindt, vindt zij dit toch afbreuk doen aan de McGregor kwaliteit die wij van jullie gewend zijn.

Daarom wilden we dit toch even aan jullie doorgeven ...
