Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service, answer was always very unhelpful or ignored. Order for a teenager placed in February, received in June. No possibility to change sizes as a result of their long lead times. Would not recommend this company, if I could give 0 stars, I would.

Do NOT order from this company!!
They never delivered my order worth €100 that I ordered a month ago.
I have contacted them multiple times and no one will get back to me. I will be taking further action as they can’t just take €100 of your money and not send you the products you ordered

The site is very easy to navigate. The goods are of excellent value, and the quality was amazing. The delivery was very quick and there were no mistakes in my order. The customer service was excellent. They were helpful, friendly, mannerly and replied swiftly.
