Apologies again for the inconvenience but during sale and busy periods order can take a bit longer due to high volume. We do try to source the stock from our other stores before we refund but unfortunately in some cases they are not available. We issued the refund along with a discount code, but it can take 3-5 working days depending on your bank.

Size guide inaccurate, ended up with wrong size and correct size out of stock. I wear alot of this brand of clothing and size didn't match with guide indicated

Super shopping experience as always
Super shopping experience as always. 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock and Amy and the team contacted me with suggestions that I loved. Worth noting the items I had ordered were from their sale and the new items they offered were not on sale and 3 times the price and they gave me the sale price. Super customer service and a very happy customer.
