Bought a house through Mckenzie Homes and the experience was excellent overall, very good communication!

Communication with Mckenzie Homes has always been clear, quick, and genuinely reassuring the whole way through, which makes such a difference. They also did a great job finding reliable tenants without any hassle on my side. They also send out builders/mechanics as and when need be and charges have always been fair.

It’s rare to feel this confident that things are being handled properly, but they’ve made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Really appreciate the effort and professionalism from the whole team!

McKenzie Home has consistently delivered first-class service over the past five years, and I’m so glad we chose them! Their staff are always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They respond promptly to any maintenance issues and resolve them as quickly as possible. They also take care to find tenants who match our requirements and ensure we remain fully compliant with all letting obligations

These guys were the absolute worst. They practically did nothing throughout the time i was working with them. If I asked them to do something, I had to chase them for months for it to even be partially done. They also provided the tenant with advice on how to make my life difficult, left my property unoccupied for months, without paying rent. They have the worst customer service and they don't even know what they're doing.

The reviews on here are clearly family friends. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I chose McKenzie Homes because my husband knew Shah and we thought he would deal with the rental on a personal basis.
The rental of my parents’ house was very poignant for me. It was my family home and we had live in it since it have been built in the 70’s, so we was going to be picky about who we would want to let it to.
Shah is an extremely experienced agent and I knew he was the right person to rent the property. I even explained the type of tenant we would hope for and he totally took this on board and promised he'd find the right tenants. Within a week of taking the property on Shah had a tenant, he kept us fully informed and followed our every instruction.
The tenants are a family and we are very pleased with the outcome.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend McKenzie Homes.
