They frequently do not apply ‘free entry’ tickets to your account despite the entries fully adhering to their own terms and conditions. This is not only unlawful but also seriously questions the honesty and integrity of the company.
EDIT: I have seen the response from McKinney and their comment does not reflect my experiences

Your not the only person who has perhaps assumed that your entries meet the full 'term and conditions' however I can assure you that any that meet the full T's & C's do be added so please be mindful before leaving a 1* review. We would advise reading over the T's & C'S carefully to ensure these have been meet properly as this isn't an issue on our side

No follow up of winners.
After buying tickets for a house competition I cannot find any information on the prize winners. I contacted the company and have received no reply I will not be buying tickets again.
