I had to put 1 star as I couldn't put Nil. These have been chasing me for a dept since last year. I knew it wasn't mine but they wouldn't give me info over the phone unless I gave them my information which I now know they didn't already have so they was fishing. I did a Subject Access Request for the information from them and it turns out the bill is from my parents old address 3 years after they sold it.
