DO NOT GO TO THEM

So where to begin with this piece of crap company. All the reps are rude and have no compassion or any sense of respect for the customer. Was current for over two years and then got in a bind and ask for assistance and was told not there issue and demanded a month and half payment before they will even continue talking to me. The service department also held my car ransom so they could get an extra payment even though i was current. All they care about is themselves and false advertising and unrealistic demands. STAY THE …. AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not purchase here!

Do not purchase here!! Car ran well for test drive then progressively sounded worse. First payment was due before 30 days even passed. They also repo’d my car only being 2 days late and refused to make arrangements with my extenuating circumstances of my mothers death that was going to make me 9 days late! Terrible customer service, rude and passive aggressive. They do not tell you they will not make arrangements up front. Manny will not let you speak to anyone else in this sham of a company. Just go elsewhere!

**Update: So glad this happened. I used Carvana and now have a 2022 car with a few miles, fap insurance and full warranty for $100 less a month**

DISHONEST FALSE ADVERTISING

In the past I myself have paid off 2cars with MCMC. Mr Guadian was so helpful and did whatever he could to help me get into a vehicle. He always welcomed me back should I ever need help buying another car. Very recently called up and got"pre approved" & someone called me asked for all my personal information and then said I didn't have enough income ( over 2000) so therefore did not qualify. So about a month later I applied again AND ONCE AGAIN they took all my PERSONAL INFORMATION but said I didn't qualify because I didn't have enough income this time (over $2400) There aren't many caring decent helpful HONEST car salesman OR SALESWOMEN these days and it's a real shame.

Bad business

I had set up a payment plan to pay $283.50 on the 31st, cause my SSI came on 11/1/2022. So mcmc towed my car and when I called them to pay my past due balance of $289. They said I still owe a repo fee plus my $540 which is do on the 3rd of every month.. i submitted a claim to my car insurance company cause I was out of town and something hit my drivers side car and dented my car.. Jen was so rude and every body that works there is so rude talking and will hangup on you.. Jen said I can’t get my car back till I pay all the fees and once they clear and receive the insurance check to fix the car… they boost up and add all these charges to these cars making you not want the car back. I was in a hit n run on 10/28/2022. Idk what they lie and try to extort money out of me for this wreck Plus I have and paid for gap insurance.. I will never use this car lot again.. I need to file a civil suit with the fcc

There is no option for 0 stars so I…

There is no option for 0 stars so I selected 1. Now I can say for certain that the sales rep that handled my car sale, Steve, is fantastic and an honest person. However, if you financed through them you better be prepared.

I bought my daughter a car there last year for her graduation gift and have been making consistent, never late, payments since. I was just recently in a motorcycle crash where a driver texting smashed into me and I am bed ridden after spending over 30 days in the hospital. Now home recovering, I tried to make the payments that were needed during my coma/hospitalization. MCMC was one of them.

The car is 37 days past due. That's all, 37 days. And they are sending someone to repo the vehicle. They said the only way to stop that is by going, in-person, to a paynearme location (never heard of them) with CASH, no card or ACH, to make it current. I explained the situation and they told me to have someone go down on my behalf. This isn't an option either as my whole entire family lives in another states, roughly 2200 miles away.

After explaining that, they actually had the audacity to tell me to have someone fly here to pay on my behalf. This has been more than traumatic for me and they are only adding to the heartache.

This review is merely to warn everyone to make sure that you set your payments on auto-pay because they do not give a rat's a$$ about their customers in this type of situation. I'm sure they will respond defending their garbage to the ground, but I'm an accountant and have never had to deal with anything of this magnitude before. My bills are always paid and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience that this not-at-fault accident has created for them.

In the meantime, I am hiring a lawyer to go down there on my behalf and take care of this because I literally have noone I know that can.

A Wonderful experience at MCMC:

A Wonderful experience at MCMC:

I'm delighted to write a review to thank you and your staff Mr. Eduardo "LALO" Ramirez, especially Mr. Quifli (Jimmy) Metouski, for letting me know that once I take my vehicle in for service and what to expect. I must say that Mr. Eliel Herrera was very kind and explained the process, and once I picked up my vehicle, they had done everything that I requested and explained if I had any problems, please don't hesitate to reach out to them. I need to thank Mr. Ramirez for walking me through the buying process and being so kind. I"m a generation buyer of MCMC vehicles over the years, and it reminded me of how well my family and I had been treated kindly over the years. It's incredible to know MCMC hasn't forgotten customer service and its importance; it is lovely to know that customer service is still one of MCMC's number one concerns.

Very rude customer service reps!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Very rude customer service reps. A representative by the name of VANEZA MORALES told me to “stop talking and shut my mouth” when I asked to speak to a manager because of the poor customer service. The cars are not that great and I have my car for 1 year and have only paid off 4% of my loan. RIP OFF!!!!

Rude customer service rep

The customer service department are very rude to you when you call.Like you don't mean anything to they. They don't want to help you with anything. But I don't have any problem when they go in my account and get there money out.I ask for them to let me pay half of my car note and they put the other half on the end of my payment. The started loud talking me and telling me who do.I think she is she don't care about the Covd-19.Everybody is having problem. We will be get the payment out of your account on the 3rd and that it Mrs Rudd. She say she is a manager. I don't think she was.she told me that so I couldn't talk to her manager. I wouldn't refer them to anyone.

Please save yourself a headache. Go pay for what you deserve. Stay away from MCMC.

I wish I could give them no stars. Most people write bad reviews out of anger but some of our reviews be really honest and sincere. I can’t go into full details but my hours were cut due to low census at the rehab hospital. This virus is causing us to not get new admits. These MCMC people are so money hungry and cold hearted. All of the customer representatives have very smart mouths. They will not even work with you. Hell they didn’t even work with me before this When I needed them once before this. My friend also has a car through them and I’m the one that referred her... she is so upset as well and she wants out of her vehicle. As soon as I find a dealer that will get me out of this car I’m leaving. I will not surrender the car just to have them screw my credit up... I’m smarter than that. But I will be finding a new dealer that can buy me out of this car. I will never again refer anyone to them. And I see now why they be so desperately calling you often to see if you know someone who needs a vehicle. People end up giving them their cars back. Their customer service is pitiful. Even the people at the garage to fix your car are worthless. I will NEVER refer any of my friends or family to a place like this. And they are ripping people off. The value on these cars are not worth it. Sometimes we got to stop being so desperate to get cars from people like this because In the end we end up getting ripped off, get crappy customer service, and shown no appreciation. Please of all places there are so many better car dealerships out there. Don’t make the desperate mistake some of us have made. You work hard for your money so invest it into a vehicle with someone who will take care of you. Thank you. ❤️

During the pandemic I had gotten sick…

During the pandemic I had gotten sick and was in the hospital hooked up to a ventilator receiving medical treatment for a month due to asthmatic complications from Covid19. I recieved a text from them on March 18th stating that my account was past due $264. I did not receive this text until Monday April 13th after my vehicle had been repossessed due to non-payment. I was unable to contact MCMC because of being intubated due to asthmatic complications from the Corona Virus. I was released from the hospital on Sunday April 12th at 6:37pm. Checking my cell phone or email was not important to me considering I had just beaten the odds of surviving something that hundreds of thousands of people had not survived. I had gotten an email from them on March 24th while I was in the hospital that if we made a payment towards the balance that they would defer a payment. I had asked a family member to pay my bills for me since I was in the hospital and they had used the wrong account to pay my car note and the payment, unbeknownst to me, was returned by my bank. I later received a text message stating that on March 25th i was $264 behind on my car payments. Note I read this after my car was towed on Sunday, I was still in the hospital when this text came through. I attempted to email Ray Lloyd at MCMC and after 4 or 5 emails stating that I was sick and that the tow company had towed the vehicle illegal (breaking into a locked and secured gate on public property without a court order or my permission) that I was going to go ahead and pay the balance by borrowing money from family in order to do so. Well, after stating I was going to pay the balance I finally recieved a reply from Ray Lloyd stating that the balance was now $1124.86. First I've heard of a debt going from $264 to $1124.86 in 48 hours. I had not realized that I had a returned payment bc I was in the hospital. I wish that MCMC had waited until they spoke with someone about my account and maybe think about the fact that the reason I wasn't answering the phone might be due to something beyond my control. Especially with everything going on now. I've always been in communication with them if I was going to be late on a payment, and I've always been available to them when they called. I know MCMC knew I was in the hospital bc I had spoken with one of their collection agents while i was sick and told her I was out of work and sick and that I did not know when I was going to be able to make the payment. I wish MCMC would have considered that maybe I was apart of this global tragedy, and fighting for my life. According to their new policy in place that since they were deferring one payment if one payment is made that the balance reported on my account would automatically would be cut in half. I pray that MCMC can find it in their heart in the future to be more empathetic towards their customers and more conscious of global tragedies and how they effect people. I also hope in the future that MCMC will honor their new policies they put in place in order to assist their customers. In this instance their "make a payment and get one deferred" was not upheld by them. I will hopefully speak with someone in charge in the morning to further rectify this issue.
