McNairs was recommended to me by my son who had used them previously. I'm happy to say my experience with my first order was excellent - special mention to Kathleen who was amazing. Poor communication
There wasnt any prior notice to the delivery, the driver just showed up at 8, luckily I was around to help with the unloading of the delivery as the driver couldnt lift by himself.
The order was incomplete with an important item missing, followed up with with Mcnairs and they said the item was out of stock and wouldnt be delivered a week later. If I had known this at the time of ordering I would have ordered from elsewhere.
The second time round when the missing item was delivered there was better communication from Mcnairs and the delivery driver giving some notice beforehand.

Apologies Craig we did send a confirmation email for delivery and normally you would also get a text message prior to delivery too once despatched but you may have now seen on our socials that unfortunately there was an issue with our SMS system for a few days which we didnt discover until later that some messages hadnt been received. Sorry again for the inconvenence this caused and for the hold up with your project.
