We used MC plan & site services for our large extension and we're very pleased with the service provided. Everything was straightforward and helpful from start to finish. Regularly checking in with me as the build went on. Site visits, liaising with my builder went without a hitch. Would recommend highly.

We engaged with MC Planning for our rear extension and loft conversion in 2022. The team were always on hand to answer questions and they made it simple to schedule site visits at various points through the build.
4 years later following the electrical sign off, I reached out to MCP for the final inspection and had one of their team swing by a few days later.

I used MC plan for the building control on my Sons house extension and total refurbishment, they were very easy to deal with and even let me steam the footage of various parts of the works when Ben couldn't attend in person.

Ben provided lot's of advice and was very realistic with his observations, just signed up to use them again for my Daughters project.

Our next door neighbours are using M C and Planning for their buildingwork. It's been a total nightmare for us as the clients have broken through the party wall which left us without our main heating source, a wood burner. This has been going on for 2 years and has cost us over £15,000. We have repeatedly asked for documentation to confirm the job is being undertaken according to building regulations. M C and Planning have made no attempt to talk to us, ignored all correspondence from ourselves and our solicitor.

MC Site Services were really helpful and efficiently processed our applications. They were flexible with appointments and provided sound advice.

From start to finish MC Plan are extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They were always on hand to answer queries or help when required. Always clear and precise on inspections. We will be using them again.

After a worrying departure of our builder before official sign off I contacted MCPlan to get advice on next steps. Jamie made contact and thankfully arranged for Steve to come round for a walk and advise of any outstanding works. Steve was friendly yet professional and calmly explained what works needed to be done in order to get sign off. We now have a plan and will take appropriate actions to ensure we are compliant to get sign off. Highly recommend.

Steven particularly has been great since he took over our project. He even rang around 7:00 pm one evening to update me on an urgent item. Professional yet friendly and clearly very knowledgeable regarding his role. I would not hesitate to recommend Steven at MC Site services.

Absolutely amazing service. Stephanie managed to sort out my application and a site visit for the next day without any notice before my request. MC Planning was recommended to me by my structural engineer and my builder and I am not surprised at all!

Amazingly quick, efficient service from MC Planning again. This is the 3rd time we have used them for various home build projects and from start to finish Jamie has been brilliant, as well as Sarah in the office sending documents through to us.
