Good prices and good products. Delivered very quickly, I think it was a day or two after ordering.
Only gripe is they said they'd let me know when the delivery was so I could be ready to receive it. They didn't and just dumped the products off at the wrong place. If they had told me when the delivery would be, as they said they would, I would have been there to direct them to the right place, which would have saved me from moving all the heavy materials from blocking the drive.
Used the Redditch branch for around 5 years now and always had excellent service, prompt responses and helpful advice. Andy and his team do their best for us as busy farmers.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Place an order well over 2 weeks ago and it got missed. When they did delivery half of the stuff was missing. Avoid
Am not a farmer but have used this company twice for cattle troughs. First time collected item, now have just had larger trough delivered. Each time they have been great to deal with, straightforward and simple transaction and good communication. Staff friendly and jolly as was the delivery man.
Perfect for a non tradesperson getting some fencing. Was given really helpful advice as to what would be needed. Prompt delivery with a call from the delivery driver the day before & on the day when arriving. Very good communication. Overall ideal, couldn't be any better. Thank-you
