if i could give zero stars i would
if i could give zero stars i would. meds always arrived hot. once i was billed and didn't receive anything the final time i received a pack of syringes only. they told me i had to file a claim with fedex. needless to say i'm out the $300. find another source.
First off it’s a gimmick
First off it’s a gimmick. I was hacked and they put this on my credit card. I tried to explain I did not order this medication. I have no idea what it is. It was $675. They canceled my alleged fraudulent subscription and won’t refund me the whole amount.
So far
So far, I'm happy with the service. The tirzepatide was delivered in less than a week and I'm on my way!
They didn’t give me enough medication…
They didn’t give me enough medication and when I asked customer service they said they could do nothing without a photo of the vial. I had already thrown it out since it was empty. The customer service rep “Hya B” then just ignored me and would not respond. Extremely unprofessional. I will definitely be switching companies.
The med vials in my first deliveries…
The med vials in my first deliveries were hot and cool pack had melted . Consequently I refuse to take the meds. Good luck on getting any kind of customer service

Don’t think this company is a scam but…
Don’t think this company is a scam but it is extremely poorly managed. I paid $297 for my 2nd month of medication and 3 weeks later I still haven’t received the medication. The customer service department have now ghosted me and are no longer replying to my emails, where I’m asking for a refund or they resend my medication.
All I can do now is dispute the transaction with Bank of America and hope I get a resolution that way as this company is doing nothing, just taking money and not following through.
Avoid this place at all costs plenty more legit tele health companies out there.
I got the first RX in a timely fashion
I got the first RX in a timely fashion, but since then it’s been a nightmare. The second RX package came without the medication in it. I have been trying to get this resolved now going on three weeks, with no success. I have called and sent messages to no avail. They tell me that it’s going to be sent but nothing happens.
If you are thinking of using this company I would look elsewhere.
I have gotten A+ service from this…
I have gotten A+ service from this company. They have been easy to deal with, very responsive and medication is processed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with their customer service, the product they provide and the manner in which they provide it. I wish everyone was so fortunate.
The most horrible service ever
The most horrible service ever. Ordered the med ar February 12, still waiting. No message, no updates, no phone number to follow up, but good enough to be scam and charge the money asap. My 7 member of family were waiting for me to get the medication and order but I just told them this is a fraud and I will take a legal action toward them. I’m a diabetic person and it really affected my life.
I did get my meds pretty quickly- it…
I did get my meds pretty quickly- it has been 6 days. I am still waiting for my meds from Zealthy, however, and that has been a month! So I do get the reviews below, I am experiencing it with a different provider.
MDexam.com takes $ but doesn't deliver
I’m writing this complaint on behalf of my friend John Bayless, who is disabled due to a stroke.
On December 5, 2023, Mr. Bayless subscribed to MDexam.com, to receive the weight-loss medication Monjaro on a monthly basis. His credit card was charged $300 immediately for the first month, and he received a confirmation that the medication would arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Mr. Bayless was subsequently charged $300 again on Jan 4 and Feb 4, 2024. He has not received the medication. He repeatedly attempted to contact MDexam to resolve the issue, cancel his subscription and receive a refund, but the company was unreachable. He informed his credit card company and was advised to change his card, which he’s done. Mr. Bayless would appreciate a prompt refund of $900 from MDexam.com.
WORST COMPANY EVER
If I could, I could give negative stars. They charged me twice then claim they mailed the package, I never got it. Worst company ever. I begged for their contact to legal and they refuse to give it to me.
WORST COMPANY EVER
Took my money but no medication
I had been using this service for a while with no issues. However, I wanted to switch medications to the more expensive type. When I did this, they charged me $497 for semaglutide when I should have been sent the other medication. Then I was charged another $497 and never received the medication. I removed my credit card in order to not be charged again and I still haven't received the medication. Buyer beware!
It has been almost a month and no meds
It has been almost a month and still no medication. There was no problem taking my $675 up front but now that they have my money they are unable to tell me when I will receive my medication. They are complaining about a shortage at the local pharmacy that is responsible for delivering the medication but there isn't a date that it will be resolved. I'm really sorry I used this company but I'm calling AMEX tomorrow morning to let them know that MDExam never delivered anything for the $675. There are other companies out there that provide quality telehealth services. You'll want to use them and not MDExam.
