This company is professional and understanding. We are in financial trouble short term and they understand and helped us. We've been a customer for about 30 years and always be. Thank you

MDG IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. I ordered a PS5 back when it came out, and it was at the time $1200 for the bundle. I payed over $1400 after interest and everything is said and done. You go on eBay today and you can find a used PS5 for less than $300. I will NEVER. Be using MDG again. They harassed and berated me until I paid them every dime they wanted. Terrible company and hilariously evil business practices.

I will absolutely NEVER do business with this company.... ever. They are predatory and clearly take advantage of consumers who are in vulnerable financial positions. While investigating their reputation for credibility, trustworthiness, transparency, honesty, and integrity, a response that MDG in Wilmington, DE gave to a customer complaint on the Better Business Bureau website told me everything I need to know! The person stated ge made a purchase of $1900 in 2020 and that as of April 2025, after paying $111 every month that MDG has continued to debit payments from his checking account monthly and that by his calculations, he has paid for his purchase in full. MDG responded and confirmed that his initial purchase in 2020 with s+h & taxes was $2,221.23, which is the "opening balance". They confirmed that since then, he has made total payments of $3,517.23... and here is the kicker: they claim that his current balance as of April 2025 is $1,930.70, even though he hasn't made any additional purchases since that initial opening balance of $2221.23 in 2020!!! Are you kidding me?! This customer has ALREADY PAID BACK the initial purchase total of $2221.23 PLUS $1,296 IN INTEREST & FEES WHICH IS A 58% INTEREST RATE!!! BUT THEY CLAIM HE STILL OWES THEM ANOTHER $1930.70?!?!?! That means that for a $2221.23 purchase, they are charging this customer $3,226.70 in interest & fees!!! That is an interest rate of 145%!!!! That is exceedingly outrageous and exceptionally PREDATORY!!! Keep in mind that as long as there is a balance on this customer's account, they will continue tacking on additional monthly interest to the balance. This basically means the customer will never pay off his purchase and that MDG will continue collecting payments from him for years to come. MDG affirms that these are the terms their customers agree to when making a purchase that is financed!! This is completely repugnant! MDG is obviously dishonest, crooked, and criminal con-company. They are frauds, scammers, and thieves. Their business practices are overly gluttonous and greedy. They are savage vultures who EXPLOIT financially vulnerable consumers, take advantage of low-information customers, and have no ethics or moral compass. They plunder, pillage, ravage, and rape customers without conscience or regret. Customers need to band together and seek legal advice. Someone needs to take this company to task for their illegal, unethical, immoral business practices. I'm so glad that I did a little bit of investigating before doing any business with these leeches. If you read this and then go to the BBB website to read MDG's response to the customer complaint to see it for yourself, and you still decide to do any business with them -- you deserve what you get! SMH.

I used this company and thought it was great,.. and then I fell on hard times and reached out to said company and they agreed to defer payments until I was able to complete my schooling to get my cdl, I completed and reached back out to pick up my payments again and was notified that because I wasn't making payments(while supposedly deferred) the intrest skyrocketed and the couple hundred dollars I still owed is now $3709 smh also they started reporting like a cc to ruin my credit. I was a loyal customer and would have continued using their services. I don't recommend using.

This place sucks. I did not have a good experience. The furniture is the worst I have ever seen or sat on. And it's crazy expensive. The balance on the couch set I bought a year ago is still over 1,500. Crazy. When it was on sale for 1000. Then they try and charge my locked card on days that I have not authorized and since I keep my card locked they charge me 15 for a returned payment. So that adds up quick when they are doing it 4 days a week. I would never recommend this place to anyone
Edit in response to mgd: look into ongoing payment issues? I have talked with this company many times about the unauthorized attempts 4 days a week. They still haven't stopped. So yes thankfully I keep my card locked but the company charges me 15 a pop for returned payment. This company sucks and would be stealing my money if I let them

This was my second order from your company, and the process was even smoother than the first. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, the pricing was fair, and the payment method worked well for me. I’ve already recommended your company to others.
