Although expensive, the plumber did a good job and fixed the problem but he and admin were being very pushy about paying the invoices same day. They made multiple calls and sent emails, even threatening a late fee being due by the next day (it was a Saturday). Of course we fully intended to pay, it's quite normal that it takes a working day or so to sort out a large payment. Not sure what happened to them in the past with other customers but it's not fair to paint everyone with the same brush, almost insinuating from the start that we weren't going to pay for a fair and square job. The actual work has held up so far, next time it would be better to give customers a grace period of at least a working day or two before hounding them like criminals

Neil arrived on time to fit a new combi boiler and he didn't stop until the work was complete. Very tidy worker

Martin was really professional and polite. Fixed our boiler and also gave it a service. Came earlier than expected which was great as we’d had no hot water for two days and also advised me on a different issue I’ve been having with my washer. Would really recommend this company - efficient, helpful and reliable.

First class service, fixed my boiler in no time at all, Martin explained everything fully regarding the fault and what was required to fix it. Would definitely recommend and will use for my yearly service or any further repairs that may be needed.

I found the engineer (Martin) to be very polite at all times, and very helpful. He worked tirelessly to get the work completed, and cleaned up after himself. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future. Job well done.

MDS Plumbers came out to diagnose/ fix a leak identified in the bathroom. Arrived exactly at the time agreed. Found the issue and rectified swiftly. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

Turned up when he said he would, completed the work with no fuss and tidied up any mess the job created. Highly recommended.

Typically, our boiler breakdown coincided with a drop in temperature which left us without heating.
Fortunately however, MDS Plumbers came to the rescue and after a few checks identified the issue which required a new room thermostat.
Although the weekend intervened, they were as good as their word and the following Tuesday, we were again fully functional - and as warm as toast!
We were very impressed by their knowledge and service and would unreservedly recommend them to everyone!

Came to us in 2019, friendly, did a good job. Unfortunately, last year was sent an e mail about boiler service. Responded and also telephoned by landline and mobile, no response. Same thing this year, but I did get a call, since then no response. I sent an e mail making them known of problems, no response. Personally speaking, must have loads of work. Obviously NOT bothered about the customers. Bad way to run a business

Had my boiler replaced, great job the way it has been installed makes my kitchen now look so tidy, great plumber :-). Everything was keeped clean there was no mess thanks Martin.

Warrington doesnt have the greatest reputation for plumbing I got really lucky with these guys repaired my boiler so quickly when we was told by others it needs loads of parts when all we needed was 1

Arrived on time, assessed the work I required and helped with a better solution on a leaking radiator to see if it would save me buying a new one. Very impressed, polite, intelligent young man with good work effics. Would recommend to anyone.
