Non Existent Customer Service and…
Non Existent Customer Service and Incompetence.
I ordered 3 pair of sox in size Medium, based on the measurements shown on their website. When I received the sox, I tried on a pair and they were too small. I emailed the company and said that I would like to exchange the sox for size Large. The company sent me an email with a USPS return shipping label. All good so far.
On September 8, I mailed the sox back to them with their label. A lot of time went by (2 weeks) so I emailed the company several times. My emails were not returned. I called the company daily for a week and nobody answered the phone. It just rang. Finally the second week of trying, someone answered the phone. He said that the new sox had been sent out. I waited. They had not been mailed. I called again and he answered the phone. He had no idea about my order and I asked him to look it up. He said that the sox must have gone to the wrong address. Then he said he would send it out again. He thought I wanted a size XL. Again I waited, and the sox were never mailed. Meanwhile I was still emailing the company, but never got a response. Finally (this is a month later) I emailed the company and told them that the sox were never sent out, and I was going to put this review on TrustPilot. It was only then that I received a return email, stating that the sox had been sent out. I received them yesterday, and they sent 4 pair of the wrong size, Medium. Now I am stuck with sox that are still the wrong size and have to keep trying to contact this company to get this resolved. An update: I emailed the company and asked them to issue me a refund. They did not ask me to send the sox back. I donated them to a local thrift store with a note on them that said "These sox run small!". The company issued me a refund on October 7.
