I initially used QR-ME to generate free QR codes for my business documents. At first, everything seemed fine, and the QR codes worked as expected without any issues. However, after some time, I started receiving complaints from my clients that when they scanned the QR codes, they were redirected to ads before being taken to my actual site.

This was extremely frustrating and felt like a scam since I had already printed thousands of documents with these QR codes. I had no choice but to pay for the ad-free version to ensure my printed materials remained usable. While the issue was resolved after paying, the unexpected cost and inconvenience left me deeply disappointed.

If you're considering using QR-ME, be cautious. What seems free at first may cost you later, especially if you're relying on these codes for professional purposes.

It worked as expected and even when there was a mistake in my qr and need to delete it their support was quick to assist me and help fix it and make it better.

I cannot praise their customer service enough! I reached out to their support team, specifically Oleksandr, about an issue that had me very concerned: a QR code I thought was deleted, which was being used by the BTCB project on various publications. To my relief, Oleksandr quickly addressed the issue and was able to recover the QR code and add it back to my folder. I was ecstatic! Their professionalism, efficiency, and understanding truly made a stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this. I highly recommend their service to anyone!
Edit: The review only allows you to select one day. That was the first day I contacted them late in the evening. I was certain I wouldn’t hear back until after Christmas, but to my amazement, I was contacted on Christmas Day, and they resolved my issue!

No mention of ads before the qr code when we built and tested our QR codes. Lots of collateral printed including banners! All ruined as people see the code as a scam and dont go past the advert.

the customer support done by andrina is awesome. I have done a mistake in my QR code after it went to printing and she helped me to fix it with ease by putting back to my account with out hassle. Great support without much commercial advantage

Really appreciate the tracking stats and exceptionally fast customer service I've received using Me-QR!

We, too, used this platform to create a QR code for a project and printed collateral with the QR code. When we created the QR code, there was - also for us - absolutely no mention that ads would be displayed when people scanned it. Now our collateral (incl. roll-up banners) must be disposed of unless we want to be locked into a subscription.

Awesome service, I paid subscription for one month and everything was great. System automatically renewed my plan but i wanted refund. Their team refunded me in 3-4 minutes. Great experience !
