It's my 2nd time here and it's worse now

It's my second time here, it's worse now, cleanliness, quality of food, service, arrogant management, no need to come here again. STAY AWAY!!!!! Spiders in my room, construction, old dirty walls, overpriced rooms with scary obstructed views.
I’m here at this resort now and it’s one of the worst room experiences I’ve ever had!! The room that I booked was supposed to be a double with a nice nature view, and It has a huge obstruction and burned trees.
