I received my 1st order with Meals of Steel and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how good all our meals were. They were full of flavor and the portions were on point, not too much or too little. They were packed perfectly and delivered without any issues. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I tried the meals because my brother-in-law was eating them. I tried another meal plan that was only plant based but wasn’t getting the nutrition that I was looking for and I never felt satisfied so he recommended I try Meals of Steel. I honestly love the food. I’m hooked. I get excited to try new things.Best part I don’t have to make it myself.

So far loving my meals this week. My favorite so far has been the chocolate chip protein pancakes, I feel I could have them any time of the day! My favorite part though was the delivery. Having a busy schedule really helped to have the delivery option. Meals all have flavor and do not taste bland like most meal preps. Loving so far and looking forward to continuing ordering more!!

Most of the dishes were great. Some i ordered just to try despite me not liking the dish or the flavors normally so not an issue with the preparation. Good quality ingredients prepared and cooked well. Super convenient and definitely willing to order again.

Meals arrived quickly. They tasted good and I was pleased with the entire process. I would have preferred larger meals, but there is a need to keep calories down, so smaller portions make sense. Packaging was good with minimal pieces to deal with. Containers are similar to Tupperware and can be reused.

As an EMT who works 12+ hour shifts at least 4 days a week, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found Meals of Steel. After the long days in an ambulance, the last thing I want to do when I get home is cook a meal and make lunch for the next day. And I don't want to go eat out every day either. Meals of Steel is perfect because not only is it tasty but it also allows you to modify your plan between slim, normal, and bulk. As someone who is currently trying to gain more muscle this works out perfectly. I would highly recommend their services. Also they only charge for one delivery a week, whereas other meal plans charge you a delivery per meal. Also it's the best bang for your buck I've seen.

I tried Meals of Steel because the service I was using (Mighty Macros) closed. The food is good so far and I will order again. The key differences are that I was never notified when my Mighty Macros meals were delivered and they had a lot of packaging I had to throw out, whereas Meals of Steel lets me know when meals are delivered and picks up the packaging when the next order is delivered.

I've tried 2 meals so far and they're delicious. I love having my macros counted for me!

As someone who lives alone I always find it hard to make time to plan out my meals for the week and even prep them. Between work, dogs, and my CrossFit routine it makes it almost impossible. And then the thought of counting my macros makes my head want to explode. I'm so so glad Resistance Athletics brought Meals of Steel to the gym for us to try and get familiar with. After weeks of poor eating later I gave them a try and I was way more productive, wasn't bloated from eating trash, and felt like I have more time for myself since I didn't have to plan, prep, or cook. I really like that they offer Paleo and lean options and the recipes are always on rotation so I'll ever get bored. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and strangers who want to make their lives a bit easier, but stay healthy!!

It would be nice to have the dish items listed out below the name. And the pancakes should be accompanied with some type of meat option. But it was decent but didn't feel like too many options for myself.

The meals are surprisingly tasty. Simple and delicious recipes, less than 2 minutes in the microwave, and most of all no mandatory subscription.
Each meal is lean and protein-based. Exactly what you need after an intense workout.

One of the best meal delivery service I have tried. Arrived fresh and everything was very tasty. Both my son's really enjoyed it as well. Will be ordering again for sure. Give it a try, it's worth it!

I'm not a fan of meal preps but my own (LOL) but my coworker came in one day and had MealsofSteels for lunch which I tried and it was amazingly good. So I gave in and ordered my first 10 meals. Let me say they are fantastic and delicious with so much flavor and spice. It's hard prepping and counting Macros especially when the weekends should be a time to relax. I do CrossFit and I'm a busy mom so I'm so glad I found them.

Less thing to do on my plate, instead I enjoy my plate with good food.

Great service! Operations and processes don't get much better than this... 100% pleased with the simplicity of the the order process, affordability, timely delivery scheudle, and - of course - the phenomenal meals! The owner was also kind enough to call me during the week to check in. Overall, very pleased and very much impressed.

Overall great. The pasta in the Italian Style Turkey Meatballs meal is sometimes undercooked.

Just one star off for a hiccup with a delivery charge (I chose to pick up at gym but was charged delivery fee- has been refunded). Other than that all good. Have loved all the recipes so far. And I love that there’s an option to pick up at nearby gyms- genius idea!
