It was the first time I had ordered from ME&EM and I was really impressed with the quality of the clothing and fabric and how unique the style was.
I also telephoned Customer Service and they were very approachable and able to help with my query and were very understanding of my situation.

Beautiful designs and sometimes beautiful fabrics. Watch out for the “polyester creep.” I’m tall and have trouble with ME+EM trouser length—sometimes it’s fine, sometimes they’re too short. Please offer long lengths in your trousers and jeans—you offer shorter lengths.

Exceptional clothes, I love the fact they now offer an increasing range in a short length (I’m 5ft 2).

I was invited to write a review and didn't think I'd have to ever give Me + Em two stars. I bought a reversible belt - when I turned the buckle and wore it on the tan side the buckle scratched the leather. I popped into the Marylebone store who verified the fault but as I'd bought it online a few months earlier I had to contact customer services. The store told me to send a photo and I'd receive a voucher - not a problem as I've been a regular shopper for several years. I wasn't expecting their response: they hadn't had any other faults so no voucher/refund. We batted a few emails back and forth - how could they make a decision remotely when the store had seen the problem? I was so disappointed I suggested I'd return a pair of shoes I'd recently bought and my card was re-imbursed immediately. I've since bought a beautiful dress from Marylebone but I've hesitated on 2 or three other items because this has left me disappointed. I've read other online reviews - I haven't had problems with quality, store staff are usually good though I tend to agree with a comment about Kings Road; online purchasing/returns works efficiently and I agree with some of the other reviewers, Customer Services is a misnomer - they fall short.

Short shipping time to Western Australia. No over packaging. Superb quality fabric. Very well cut flattering lines. I haven’t needed to return anything yet as every one of my dozen or so purchases has been bang on for size. UK14.

So pleased with my blush pink jacket! It arrived beautifully packaged and on time. The quality of the tailoring is excellent and very good value. I received several compliments the first time I wore it which is always nice! This is an investment piece that will be worn for many years.

Beautiful designs. I bought a dress for a wedding and it looked stunning. I loved how it had a bandeau ( removable) … what a great idea which makes it more versatile to wear to events too.
Sizing was accurate, although I had popped into the Manchester store to check!

Excellent products, lovely cut and good quality fabrics. Their trousers are fantastic real feel good clothes! Beautiful leather belts and their cheesecloth blouses are a staple in my wardrobe once worn you won’t want to wear anything else. So soft!

My favourite brand I love the style and quality of the pieces. It is fairly priced and buying and returning is easy. It would be good to have free shipping especially when you have bought quite a few items! It would also be great to occasionally get a discount code as most other brands offer these. It is still my go to for wardrobe staples
