I was in a month long holiday in Portugal and decided to order an item to be delivered to my address there. Unfortunately the order was delayed and rescheduled to arrive after I left Portugal.

I dealt with your customer care rep Rennie. She was excellent and very helpful. She contacted DHL and arranged for the return of the item to your warehouse and refunded my shipping. I am re-ordering the item from my home in Canada.

Love your clothes. Sophisticated, well-made and stylish.

I’m giving a 4 because the ordering was tough and I didnt get much help. Nonetheless, I bought 2 items and the quality is excellent! Everything is over priced these days and there is a reason for that and it ain’t the designer ugh. I plan to buy more items hopefully tariffs go away and someone else haha!!

Ordered my tee shirt on line. It arrived exactly as pictured and fit perfectly.

This company creates investment pieces. This quality of design and construction are unheard of these days in our throw away society. Dresses are lined, jackets look like pieces of art. The only complaint i would have is the recent increase in prices, i hope they stabilize because right now they are still within reach.

Beautiful well made clothes. Good ethos. Mainly 5 stars for the fit and design, in my opinion the best women’s clothes out there

I buy a lot of my clothes from ME+EM, blouses, trousers, jackets and dresses). Their sizing can be a little unreliable (particularly for dresses) so I prefer to buy in store as often need to go down a size to make sure it’s a flattering fit. A big shout out to all the staff in the Elizabeth Street store who give such individual attention and always the time with each customer. I now try to shop there due to a great customer service even though the other stores are bigger.

Bought a pair of dark denim jeans recently. Washed as per instruction and the colour ran. My lovely jeans now have faded lines in the material. I expect for this price and quality, the product to last.

The sales person was so helpful - she knew all the merchandise in the store and found me exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve always been really pleased with the quality and style of the clothes I’ve ordered from Me and Em and I always get asked where I’ve bought my dresses from.
Easy to order and arrive quickly.
The only thing I would say is having to pay for postage should have £100 limit.

Every piece of clothing I have purchased from Me & Em has always been of the utmost quality and fit. I receive many compliments when wearing any of my Me & Em clothes. Highly recommend!

Ordering in line was very easy and the dress arrived in a few days. The dress was lovely and beautiful quality but sadly it didn’t suit me so I had to return it. This process has been very straightforward and I have received update emails which gives peace of mind to know they have received the goods.

My go-to place since the days of Pyjama Room. Lots of choice. Styles and colours to suit all. Sizing always spot on. Can’t fault.

I have now brought several pieces from ME&EM and love the quality of the fabrics they use and the timeless elegance of their designs. On this occasion I visited their store in Battersea Power Station and was impressed by the helpful and professional team there. I will be visiting again soon.

This is my first purchase with Me+Em and I am thrilled.
Great fit, very flattering style and is a dress that could go for any occasion with the right accessories.
Maybe more than I would pay but it certainly is worth it.
Added bonus is that the dress is lined.
Will certainly be looking to purchase more items in the future.

I've shopped at Me & Em repeatedly and they are my current 'got-to' for classic yet on-trend items. I have many pieces from Me & Em which, I hope will be life-long classics in my wardrobe. The quality is variable, however. Some of the fabrics are excellent quality whilst others are poorer. The pricing does not reflect this. Most items are over-priced for the quality but items bought in the sale represent reasonable value. The designs are innovative and stylish but Me & Em are high-end high street, not designer, so I hope they don't get too far above themselves and keep increasing prices. Consumers note quality.

I loved the design of the blouse I purchased but so disappointed in the quality of the lace. The fabric was poor quality for the price. It needed to have various bits of thread cut and probably was even overpriced at half the cost. I’ve liked other designs but the length is too long. Not sure I would purchase agaiin, sorry

ME+EM is pretty much my entire wardrobe - the fit, the fabrics, the design - 100%.
They make it easy to purchase & return online - overall a pleasure!

The clothes arrived promptly and it was easy to return those that didn’t suit me.
I like the cheesecloth fabric range particularly.

I love the style, quality and design however am continually frustrated by the lack of provision for those of us who are not tall. There is no provision for the petite and I am 5ft 3 which means all midi and maxi styles are out for me.
