I'm still waiting for my order I have emailed them and I don't get a reply which is annoying as I ordered this gift as a Christmas present it says 5-7 working days

I have paid for my “ order” ( moon lamp / light) two weeks ago. I had no confirmation of anything, looks like I have scammed and I could of just lost the money at the casino instead lol. PLEASE, don’t order anything from here as most likely you ain’t gonna get anything response back by email…. As I have tried emailing them a couple of times.

This is terrible service, I have placed an order. It says delivered on the 16th yet I have no parcel. This was a sentimental gift for my mum for Christmas so this is bitterly disappointing I’ll be reporting this company for sure AVOID

Utterly pathetic is how would I describe this service!
Ordered a Christmas present in November, it has apparently been sent to a sender the moment it arrived into local delivery depot. I asked for refund, instead I received new shipment details for order replacement, and of course the same story has repeat. Avoid Avoid Avoid. They answer emails only after you almost threaten them with legal action and say that there has been technical issues.
Waste of time!!!

Fantastic service, easy to order the order only took 14 days to arrive. Packaged securely fully charged ready to light.
Liked the first one that much I purchased another.
Good communication too... Good quality clear pictures make for more of a fabulous result can't wait to see my families reaction.

I have 2 orders waiting to come it says they was dispatched but Royal Mail says they haven’t received yet so I will review again once I see what’s happening with my orders as it says dispatched on the 1st dec
