I was fine with the product but they use the worse delivery company in Switzerland- Planzer. They leave the frozen products at the door and don't even bother to ring a bell. They are also supposed to pick up the old carton box (which they of course don't do) so you are left with lots of stuff to recycle on your own. I complained about this to meat4you but haven't received any feedback.
