Beef fillet was too thin and the rump steaks were not a continuous thickness

I ordered 4 cowboy steaks and 4 xl racks of ribs. On the invoice it said frozen but when they arrived all was totally defrosted. The steaks could apparently be refrozen but the ribs could not and the packet said defrosted!
Ribs were not refrezable so had to use all 4 racks in the 3 days after arrival!!
Ribs tasted amazing though, just annoying they didn't arrive frozen as other companies can even do when sending raw dog food to me!!!!!

Hi just one point, fillet delivered was bang on 1.8k advertised as (1.8-2.4). So right at bottom end of weight advertised.

Loved the Steaks are High box. Lasted ages and we still have some super succulent meals to look forward to. Would highly recommend Meat & Co.

The quality of the fillet and sirloin joints was not very good.

Arrived on time and packed well, have only tried the 16oz sirloin steaks so far but was impressed with its flavour and tenderness. Not to fatty as some sirloins can be. Still have the joints of beef and lamb to try but on appearance look good. Congratulations much much better than a order I done with the Fat Butcher with whom I will never use again.

Purchased 2 XXL Whole Beef Fillet 1.8-2.4kg both arrived on time. Both were vacuum packed and were 1.8 kg I just wonder are they all 1.8 kg.
After unpacking and trimming off the fat and skin, I definitely would not buy again too much trouble I think there are 4 decent steaks that I would barbecue for friends the other meat I will have to feed to the family. Live and learn eh?

Good value fillet , needed trimming but at that price still worth it ; and my bulldog got the trim !

Not satisfied with the quality of the meat I received. Very fatty and I’ve had better quality from the supermarket

Quality meat at great price and speedy delivery

I ordered for a specific day and it arrived when they said.
The steaks I ordered were impressive at first sight and really good once cooked.
Only issue was that the curry pot had burst, but no biggie. Would definately buy from again and highly recommend to all you carnivores out there.
