Parts missing, bad communication and planning
Parts from the bar stools were missing. A mistake is understandable and you handled it quite well. Giving a 10% refund and are sending the parts separately - at least you promised (we are still waiting for them to be sent to us) and are expecting us to send pictures of "showing that we don't have a part". HOW? A picture of empty hands? The whole experience while waiting for the main parts to arrive was very messy. After the order was made, we received a phone call from Mebeles1.lv (which was not a very friendly one, but okay, maybe it was just the morning). In this phone call we were promised to have another "after a few days" to set a date. That didn't happen. That's when we reached out to ask about when we could set the date. Were provided with a link in which we could "follow the packages until they get to us". However, it didn't really help with knowing when we should plan a day off so that we could receive these packages. In the end we couldn't pick a day when to order, we were just lucky that that one specific day my partner had a day off so he could help get the parts to the 5th floor. It was made known only a day before. Otherwise, the furniture is good, the only issue about it are the missing parts.

Great custumer service! I was a bit late in ordering my table and asked them if it would be possible to have it arrive by the time I needed. Mebeles1 had great communication with me and were very helpful with this and delivered it perfectly on time!

I returned the sofa chair Columbus 135 due to damage during shipment and the overall poor quality of the design (watch your head when extending the chair for sleeping or putting it back together). However, the company quickly responded, picked up the chair and returned my money.

Opened boxes with sofa, find out so much sawdust. Every part of sofa was dirty with sawdust, I cleaned about 2 hours before start assembly.
