Bought 9 switch samples, had some issue with the tracking information and contacted the seller they got back to me quickly and assured me that they they would contact the courier.
The shipment arrived the next day and had been damaged in transit spoke to the seller again and they promptly offered to replace the damaged switches and offered to throw in a couple extra for my troubles.

The switches work great and the customer support was spectacular, great seller and would recommend.

I recently purchased Gateron green switches from them because I wanted to try some new switches on my keyboard. I made an error on my order and emailed Matt, who promptly edited my order for me.
I had a good experience ordering from them and will definitely buy from them in the future.
I recommend Mechbox to anyone who's looking for an online store to buy stuff for their mechanical keyboards :)

Bought a wide selection of switches so I can try before investing in a whole board. One product I purchased was actually out of stock but Mechbox sorted it out smoothly and I had a great experience.

Large range of switches & accessories all priced very well. Order came well packaged and fast. Will definitely be back.

I ordered ktt lime sea salt switches , they weren’t coming so I wrote to the text support, the owner (Matt) wrote back in less than an hour and he promised that he would send them out the next morning , they came the day after he sent the out . I even got a 11£ refund .Over all great product , great support team ,good business . 5/5 will buy from the again .

Mechbox carries a wide range of switch samples and lots of other interesting keyboard bits. Matt's a very friendly and helpful guy who has gone out of his way to assist me on a number of topics. Packages are despatched quickly and fit through your letterbox, which is a big plus for me.

It's the more unusual items that attract me and Mechbox often has things in stock I've never seen anywhere else and the prices are excellent. I often find myself picking up a few extra things I didn't know I wanted.

I've order from Mechbox quite regularly over the years and I'm always interested to see what they'll stock next.

I ordered around 100 different individual switches from this store, spread across a handful of orders. This is the only store I could find on the internet that actually sells individual keyboard switches AND has a comprehensive selection of almost every switch available, including a lot of boutique switches few people even know about.

The guy who runs the store is clearly very passionate about the hobby, and genuinely wants his customers to have a good experience doing business with him. I had a few issues placing my order, and he went well above and beyond trying to make it right and ensure that I was happy with what I got.

The guy's a champ, and this store is the real deal.

Very quick dispatch and delivery with good communication. The switches were also the best price I could find. Will definitely look here first for any future keyboard purchases.

Ordered a sample of 8 high end switches I really wanted to try including BobaGums in 2 weights. This helped he pick the best switch from the lot which was not the one I expected. Great and fast service that helped stop me wasting my money on the wrong thing.

I ordered 2 times, the first time a smaller batch of a few popular switches, the second time a larger batch.
Although many people say that to test out a switch, you need a full keyboard, after my experience ordering switches on Mechbox I disagree with them. If you have a ton of experience, then maybe, but If you're new to the world of mech keyboards, single switches are a good way to start. However, I owned 3 tactile keyboards before I didn't understand what I wanted from them. I only spent a bit over 30 GBP to understand that the best experience I could have, is with Linears.

So I am very new to custom keyboards- I have placed a samples order and a main order for my switches etc and they arrived quickly and I even messaged him over the weekend to add onto my order before he dispatched and it was no problem at all for him.

Very very positive experience, excellent service - will be back again when I change my mind on switches hehe!

My order was only small as i only needed 20 switches (ktt kang whites), however i was thoroughly pleased with the process as my order arrived in the expected delivery time. The website was frequently updated giving us all the information we needed, i made my order during the royal mail strikes but i was fully aware of the situation regarding my order as Mechbox Matt made useful updates on the website. My experience with mechbox was very positive and i will definitely be ordering from them when im in need of keyboard supples.

No issues ordering, especially since MechBox (MB Mike) was lovely enough to give me a discount when I reached out to him.

Problem occurred after the order had been despatched. When I realised I had not received it and a good number of days had been since it had been posted out I contacted the owner, Mike.

Since I did not have any of the tracking details I could not chase it up from my end. But Mike was brilliant contacted me to let me know the method he had used to post the parcel, Royal Mail. So it was Royal Mail who had messed up; as the tracking number stated that could not track parcel as "no attempt had been made to deliver it"! Bear in mind this was when Royal Mail had those strike days.

Mike asked if I would not mind waiting a little longer in the hope that it would turn up - I agreed. Waited still did not show up, other parcels turned up but not that one!

So I contacted Mike again (maybe one too many times; this was afterall only my second order with MechBox & Mike so I did not have that confidence one has with a company that you know you can trust) but bless he was very patient with me. Considering he had lost out on a fair portion of his stock through no fault of his own.

I too was feeling somewhat nervous as it had been a fair while since I had placed my order that had decided to go mia (missing in action).

So I came on to TrustPilot and ended up reading some reviews where things had gone wrong with MechBox and they were put right for the customer; found it oddly reassuring. Hence why I am taking the time to leave this review.

So after alot of emails between me and MechBox/Mike on 5th September Mike sends out the order again this time using Evri as he was worried of it disappearing again. I received this newly sent parcel exactly a month after the original order had been placed and a few days after this new one had been despatched. Order all complete and in working order.

Important Points to Note:
#This situation was not MechBox/Mike fault
#MechBox/Mike dealt with the problem as best as possible under the circumstances
#It was resolved at no extra cost to me (but MechBox/Mike had sufferred loss)
#MechBox/Mike refunded me £35 for what he termed "inconvenience"; which was super lovely of him
#MechBox/Mike has asked that if the original order ever turns up that if I could return it to him - which I have assured MechBox/Mike that I will most definitely do!

Hopefully this will reassure anyone reading this that MechBox/Mike - are the real deal - a genuine company that cares about his customer experience. I know I will certainly be ordering more from him in the future; where Royal Mail will not factor in.

My order was delayed due to the Royal Mail strike. When I enquired about the order Matt generously refunded the postage, even though the delay was out of his control.

Large selection of switch samples on the website, at decent prices. This is the best way I found to experiment with new switches. I received my package 4 days after passing the order. Everything arrived in good condition, the hand-lubed switch wrapped separately. I've been clicking non-stop ever since I received my new switches. Thanks a lot!
