Do not under any circumstances buy their software. There is ZERO customer support. I bought the software and did not like it. I requested a full refund and had no response from the company at all. This was despite several emails, and raising a 'ticket' with them. In the end I had to ask my credit card provider to refund the money.
They promise that they will respond to queries in '24 to 48 hours' (I quote from their contact form). I downloaded their Ace Money software to try it out free for 30 days. I had a question so contacted them on 27 June. Despite contacting them again they have not responded. Now 7 July.
Have uninstalled the software and have gone to JIOSoft which is an excellent personal accounts package and they have superb customer service and have responded to two queries within 2 hours. Excellent.
Don't bother with this lot.
AceMoney works fine until you have a problem. After 3 weeks my support ticket remains unanswered. My search for great personal finance software that can track stock prices as well as my bank balances continues. this is not it!
The software is basic but works fine. It is to US centric and does not allow for importing data from UK bank. Not really sure how diligently this company is working on updates as I have not had any in months if not years. But why I have given this rating is that the customer service is non-existing. Approached them twice for two different problems but it could not be bothered to answer. Basically, avoid this app if you wish to buy an app where you get proper customer service.
