I purchased a TrimUi Brick with customised coloured buttons from Mechdiy with crossmix/surwish OS with the 256gb SD card. I am blown away by the graphics of this thing, as well as the operating systems and the collection of games available. There's easily 40,000 games from any device up until PS1. Being able to play Pokemon stadium on this thing is just so cool.

I'm also giving 5 stars because I went a bit rogue myself by adding a new app to the device which caused a few issues (I have no idea about this stuff) I emailed support at Mechdiy and I had a response very quickly with clear instructions how to fix it.
These guys are Incredibly skilled and very helpful. I may even end up buying a second device from them just for fun.

I have bought a few times from Mechdiy. The service it’s excellent. Fast shipping, costumer service is quick and good. They do really try to give you the best experience and the prices and quality of the consoles plus the loaded SD cards are unbeatable. I highly recommend them.

I was worried at first when I ordered a custom order that it would be delayed but the support contacted me and informed me about the process and they kept informing me about my order all the way until it was shipped. There was no reason to do all that but I am very satisfied with their customer support.

Shipment took two months after numerous delays. They also offered a "compensation pack" of a case and screen protector on their Twitter page for anyone whose shipment took too long, but I never received this compensation pack. When I emailed their customer service, they acted like they were taken aback by me asking for it despite them being the ones who offered it. Here's the message they sent me: "Okay, we understand. Since your order has been shipped, we may not be able to arrange delivery for you (the shipping cost is too high and it is very easy to lose the package, hope you understand). However, if you need, we can add it to your next order, do you think this is okay?"

Terrible company. Would not recommend.

Customer service has been very responsive.

Bought two little GKD Pixel 2 during their Easter sale. The build quality is top notch and the system works great (if you're willing to spend one evening to set it up perfectly). I really like what the company is doing, creating some premium builds at a still affordable price. Their live support chat is also on the ball, being kind and attentive. Will continue to keep my eye on their development.

I bought the Trimui Brick with the Surwish Crossmix memory card, hoping to avoid issues with bad ROMs and the user interface. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The system won’t save games using the in-game save function—the save files always end up corrupted. On top of that, the screen occasionally glitches.

I don’t recommend paying extra for the Surwish memory card.

As for the hardware, I prefer the Miyoo Plus. It’s a much better device than the Trimui Brick in my experience.

I love the cure for the details, the choice of the products and most of all, i love the kindness and the warming answers they give me when i ask about info of the consoles! Mechdiy Is the best!! :3

Bought two of these recently. Delivery of one was slightly delayed and the SD card in it was troubled, when I contacted about the issue I got a quick responses and a replacement solution so fast that there is no doubt that purchasing through MechDIY is worth the "premium" price markup. -+10 bucks for well curated SD card, responsive and customer satisfaction focused support? Just skip your coffee for a day and go for it, easy choice.

As a newbie to the simulator world I know very little. The Mechdiy customer support people were helpful and very patient during multiple chats. They answered all my many questions simply and kindly. Ultimately, I bought another simulator. I now have 4 simulators of different brands all purchased from Mechdiy. I'm so happy I followed the advice of a trusted friend when he recommended I buy from Mechdiy!
When I'm ready to purchase another simulator, it will definitely be from Mechdiy. Their prices are very competitive and the customer experience is superlative. Simply put, they are the best in the industry!1

Customer service was really patient with me as I was having problems with the device’s game (For Pokémon Black 2). I really appreciate them trying to guide me on how to fix it. I wasn’t able to fix it, but I’m beyond grateful for them sending a new SD card for me.

I made an order and It said that i would received it in 11-15 days, imagine my surprise when I only had to wait 4 days.
I also got another order which I had to cancel, because i realized i didnt need It and I got the fastest purchase return ever.

In summary a great company with a high quality product and excellent customer service.

I got first order very fast, but had a minor technical difficulty. The techs were very friendly and fast to respond. They sent me a new SD card for my device and it works great! No complaints! Great company and will gladly do business again!

Top notch customer service! There was a significant delay with my order but they kept updating me on status. Went above and beyond to make it right. It finally arrived today and I'm super happy with the handheld. I would totally buy from them again. They're amazing!
