Reached out to the team from Mechdiy and Jimmy got back to me and processed the refund. He was really understanding and prompt in processing the refund. What made my experience absolutely FANTASTIC is that fact they they have many consoles to purchase and I would recommend that you buy from Mechdiy if you want to get started buying consoles!

Custom SD card received was defective making my experience with new handheld console disappointing.
Contacted customer service and provided proof that the extra money spent for the custom extended capacity SD card did not provide the performance as described on their website.
Customer service immediately sent a replacement putting my mind at ease that this company is legitimate and cares about their customers.
I have contacted them again to thank them for allowing me to enjoy the handheld console as an avid retro gamer.

Decided to cancel an order as i misunderstood what i was ordering (my fault, and possibly some confusing wording on their end for the product page description) and they didn't hesitate to permit a refund, good to know they were willing to be so accommodating. Look forward to dealing with them for possible future purposes based on that. Some folks just hold onto your money once they have it and won't let it go, it says a lot that they didn't.

I had a pleasant experience with my purchase order. They had a wide variety of gaming consoles, and their prices were very reasonable as well compared to most retailers. Also, customer service was A+. I had contacted them with several questions and concerns regarding some discrepancies with my mailing address and their product shipment and I received a quick and courteous response along with a resolution to my questions each time that I reached out to them. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend them. I'll be doing business with them again soon.

I order a red TrimUi Brick. When I accidentally put my old address customer service was thorough and quick change my shipping address. After the product was out of stock they were hassle free with canceling my order and refunding me money. Before they did that they wanted to make sure I did not want any other colors they had in stock. Hands down best customer service. they were a breath of fresh air. I would definitely order from them in the future.

I ordered a powkiddy x18s for my son with some accessories and was informed that it was discontinued. They gave some recommendations on other comparable devices, but my son did not want to proceed with them. Jimmy refunded the order in full - no hard time, no push back, no fuss. Great customer service and would definitely purchase through MechDIY in the future.

Customer service is excellent! I casually checked the delivery tracking from my order confirmation email and was very surprised to see the status was "Delivered" after only 8 days. Since I hadn't received it, I emailed MechDIY's customer service via the convenient invitation to "reach out with any questions" they also included in their email. Jimmy responded within 12 hours and his research confirmed the package was still on route (I must have misunderstood the tracking page). His prompt, courteous and helpful response was exemplary.

What's more, my CubeXX was delivered the next morning - much sooner than expected!

I highly recommend purchasing any handheld gaming system from MechDIY not only for their excellent customer service but because their customer focus is evident throughout the transaction. The CubeXX I received was preconfigured with the latest OS updates and ready to use, saving me much aggravation.
