Item not received
Placed an order 6 business days ago. Confirmation email says all orders are shipped in 2 to 3 business days. Item has not been dispatched. Queried by email, no response. Rang directly , told the item is out of stock. Agent said she would check when the item was due in and phone back shortly. No phonecall received. Really poor service and follow up.
