Fraud. Same as aboxe. Say it was signed for. Never arrived

The web site reported delivered but it had not been and none of the contacts worked with the delivery company ,main company Medgfds No delivery company communication employ tracker company
17Track and china post as delivery company. All communication with Medgfds and 17Track indicate all is fine but when no delivery happens they report they have nothing to do with the delivery company and cannot confirm the contact details.
I have contacted Medgfds to assist but they have not returned my request I have also asked PayPal to investigate as several reviews all show the same issue.
As a warning I would say Buyer Beware and do not be swayed by members of Facebook market place who are promoting buying using PayPal to legitimise the process of buying from this company, hopefully PayPal will get to the bottom of this .I have mailed Medgfds for a resolution and if this happens I will
re-review.

This is the re-review 02/09/2023 after several messages to the customer support they came back saying they will investigate and will get a good outcome for me , they have now gone quiet .please do not be fooled by this company which also trades as Discount Mall .Be warned any company which offers tracking you need to do due diligence before dealing with them they will say that the information regarding delivery comes from in this case china post who are the delivery company but that they cannot contact them .This leaves you out of pocket and caught in a maze of messages from which you will receive no satisfaction ,all in all for supposedly honourable companies they Fail

SCAMMERS!!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
You will receive nothing!
They tell you your item is being tracked and falsely say it will arrive.
A month later it had apparently been delivered and signed for according to them! Funny, signed for at 2am??
They then tell you they will investigate issue…..no follow up.
Once reported via PayPal they then they try to offer you a partial refund and say you get to keep the product too…great deal. [yeah right!, nice try] they low ball first which once rejected, come back with 70% refund same rubbish that you get to keep the item.
Rejected again and escalated via PayPal to seek return of full monies paid!
Absolute scum bags!

Paid my money but nothing arrived. Invoice stated helpline email address when I send an email with copies of receipts it comes back blocked 🚫
