I had upper eyelid surgery with Dr. Elif Betül Türkoğlu in April and I am thrilled with the results. The clinic was lovely and clean and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. I felt completely at ease and they organised all transfers for me from my hotel which took all the stress away. My results are amazing. I’ve known people who have had it done in the UK and their stitches and scars were nowhere near as neat as mine.

The surgery has made me so much more confident and I would defo use the company again for further things!

It is a week today I had my lens replacement surgery.

Disappointing Dental Experience
10 days after I travel back to London one crown falls on with no ciment inside , 3 weeks later more other 3 crowns falls ! Tooth they where looking to big and out of shape from the beginning!

Make sure you are doing better research before you choose this medical clinic for dental treatment!

I recently had a dental treatment that left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. Despite my initial hopes for a positive outcome, the experience fell far below my expectations.

Once in the dentist's chair, I expected to be greeted by a caring and knowledgeable dental professional. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The dentist appeared rushed and disengaged throughout the entire procedure. I had hoped for a clear explanation of the treatment plan, but instead, I was met with vague responses and minimal communication.

Been asking couple of times what shape of my new crowns wants to be I been very clear in regards but still they couldn’t understand. First attempt to fix my crowns was 3 shades darker than I requested. 2 days later they redone them but shape and look was nothing to do with I’ve requested!

Furthermore, the outcome of the dental treatment was far from satisfactory. The final result was not aesthetically pleasing, and I was left with a noticeable flaw that had not been discussed or addressed beforehand. It was disheartening to realize that the dentist had not taken the time or care to ensure a successful outcome.

Overall, my experience with this dental treatment was disappointing and frustrating. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and subpar results have left me with a negative impression of this dental clinic. I would strongly advise others to seek out alternative options for their dental needs.

I used Medhera for a Gastric sleeve back in may and honestly couldn’t have asked for better! The staff were super friendly and the co-ordinators have been fantastic. I felt safe and supported throughout the whole journey. The team have been in constant contact answering any questions we have and checking up weekly since the surgery. They are a credit to the company. The hospital was clean and although some staff didn’t speak English there was always someone around to help. I would 100% recommend the hospital and the staff at Medhera

Everyone was so helpful and nothing was too much. I had a gastric sleeve, I ended up having my gallstones removed which were found when I had my ultra sound scan. I also had top teeth crowned and 2 implants. Never felt any pain hospital was good nurses were very attentive better than over here!! (UK) Claudia the nutritionist answered any queries I asked, And this was a lot, she answered quickly and very patient. I was allocated an interpreter and advisor who was with me for most of my journey and helped me feel at ease Sue she asked anything I needed to know, very funny and hardworking, really lush x Also the driver who took me to all appointments was kind as well and even when leaving and at airport went out of his way to show me where my flight was. The clinic was clean and modern and the staff were very welcoming and happy. What a great experience and went home with meds and supplements and plenty of information. Claudia kept regularly in touch after I got home, to support and give guidance. One thing I would say is if you are taking money from cashpoint it's hard as couldn't find any that were English, so I would advise taking the Lira. A big thank you to the whole Team. See you soon. I'm 1 week post op, I have to say medhera health have been outstanding with me. They never left my side and treated me so kindly. I have had sleeve but when I was there they found a couple of things that needed doing which was important so paid the extra as health comes first. They have stayed in touch and always check in with me, nutrition plan has been fantastic too. I'm blown away with the care from start to finish, had assistants the entire way. They even messaged my family to let them know I was ok. Thank you so much for helping me and looking after me. I highly recommend you

1 week ago I had Gastric Sleeve surgery at Medhera clinic and you can't even imagine how satisfied I was, I had my patient coordinator with me throughout the whole process starting from my pickup from the airport and they never let me be alone, I never felt any language barrier. Pre-operative and all check-ups were done and my doctor was also very interested, I was given detailed nutrition and medication trainings after surgery and they still respond to every question very quickly, today is my tenth day after surgery and I feel very good, I recommend Medhera Health to everyone, I will definitely return here for dental treatment.

Got picked up from the Airport, got asked to do a video in which I refused was then bundled into a van wasn't even offered a drink, they told me they was taking me to their clinic to pay the money then I would be taken to a hospital, at the clinic they tried to charge me more than I owed, luckily I had proof that I had already paid some via my bank app, they still didn't believe this until they rang the woman who I dealt with who confirmed that I had already paid some money off, we was then driven about 30 minutes to a Hospital, where we was placed on a children's ward and told not eat or drink after midnight, my husband was given a reclining chair and a puff for a bed that he had to sleep on for 3 nights, I cannot fault the Surgeon or the operation as it has been a success, after the 3rd day we was picked up and the clinic was helpful in finding us accommodation after the one we booked didn't materialise, only their driver took us to the wrong place and was offered a night in a hotel they use at £60.00 a night, in which the hotel and room was lovely but the bed was harder than a slab of concrete, the day after they took us to our accommodation and we enjoyed the 5 days we stayed although I wouldn't recommend Antalya as holiday destination, on the final day we got offered to be dropped off at a mall, or to sit at their clinic, the Mall wasn't an option as I could hardly walk, so we opted to go to the clinic, when picked up there was a young Welsh lass in the van, she was telling us how this company had ripped her off with money for the procedures she had done, it was as though they took advantage of her as she was travelling alone, we wasn't sat at the clinic for long before we was simply dumped at the airport and left to wait for around 5 hours, the after care they promised is virtually non existent, I had been asking for weeks for a diet plan, but had to get a copy of a friend's who had the procedure done elsewhere, it is also shocking to find out that someone else went here and said that I recommended them and they got £700.00 knocked off and I didn't get anything so I guess you get what you pay for, just be aware that if you use this company it is safe but you might get treated as though you are cattle in and out, once they have your money, referring back to the Welsh lass they told her to lie about her procedure just so she could fly

Jenk was fantastic five star service. Can’t thank him enough professional polite understanding at all times: would highly recommend this clinic. Excellent communication and couldn’t do enough for me. Perfect English so invaluable to translate in hospital for procedure. After care also was great would highly recommend .

My experience with Medhera healthcare it was really good one excellent people really good service the process went really smooth please if you ever need them go with them trust what they doing I love how they treat you ❤️❤️

The best experience I had right from the beginning when I contacted MEDHERA up to the time I flew in to Antalya to have gastric sleeve. The coordinators are extremely helpful and friendly. Always there to answer any questions promptly. My surgeon Mehmet Nuri Koşar is very knowledgeable and calm and answers all questions and puts you at ease. The hospital I went in Anatolia Hospital was well equipped and professional staff that could speak basic English. Sevilay picked me from the airport, checked me in hospital and was there throughout my stay, her English is excellent and she’s approachable and friendly. I would recommend MEDHERA with no issues.

i couldn’t recommend Medhera Healtb Clinic enough, the whole process was very professional and they were all so comforting. i’m 19 from scotland so i was a bit nervous about the whole procedure but it was the best thing ive done - i got a rhinoplasty after hating my nose for years and having breathing issues. they kept in contact the whole time i was there and have been checking up on me aswel. such lovely people to have experienced this with so yes i definitely recommend - im currently 2 weeks post op and i love my nose!! x

Such professional and friendly people that go out of their way to accommodate you. They give you a quote and do not add any unexpected extras. You have a person with you all the time that explains what you need to do in English. I can highly recommend the dental team! I am a very nervous patient and they reassured me every step of the way. Can't wait to return later this year to have my permanent teeth fitted. A good experience from beginning to end.

I am 1 week post op of my gastric sleeve operation and I am absolutely over the moon with everything. From start to finish.. the pick up at the airport to the drop back off! My surgeon was absolutely amazing I felt so at ease. Would definitely recommend, Tony the coordinator was gorgeous such a lovely person to be around made me feel comfortable. And Claudia the dietitian is fantastic!!! I can message anytime! Thank you all for changing my life

From beginning to end my expieriance has been brilliant couldnt fault Tolunay the co ordinator or the dr and hospital staff nothing was too much for them

Scam, they are using the name of Dr. Kagan Bilge, claiming that he’s been doing surgeries for 12 years, when actually Dr. Kagan Bilge finished med school in 2013. They are also using photos of dr. Muhammed Aykota and claiming as their patients. When confronted, they said that dr. Aykota stole the photos from them, although they sent them to me with a watermark on, whereas dr. Aykota has them posted on Instagram with no watermark and they were posted long before MedHera Clinic even had a website or social media. Please don’t be fooled into paying them £200, just because they said the surgery is under £2000.

I was really worried about coming here for my gastric sleeve surgery but I'm glad I went ahead , I'm 2 days out and feeling better by the hour , the nurses have been lovely and kept up with lots of pain meds . The language barrier is a bit of a problem but that's to be expected. I'm ready and excited to start my new improved life and would like to thank medhera health for making this a reality for me . Tolunay has been a good send and made me feel at ease with everything that was going on . Would highly recommend 👌

First of all big thanks to all the staff especially Tolunay my coordinator he was very helpful and with me during all the surgery explaining and translating every single detail and Ali the manager he was explaining me every single step from the beginning till airport drop off .Overall good experience , surgery at the official Antalya hospital was a bit long but this is absolutely normal and every case is different so all good , If I would consider any other estethic surgery I would come back to Medhera Health and the doctors are perfect 👌

I have had an excelent support from all staff and services from Medhera Health since my first contact from the UK regarding information related to my bariatric gastrectomy vertical sleeve surgery procedure. The admin staff were very kind and trustful at all stage of my treatment. I've had all exams done timely prior to my intervention and doctors and nurses at hospital made me feel welcome and safe. All my needs has been fully achieved! I would strictly recommend their services.
