SCAM. I signed up for at free membership, but had to give them my credit cart number to do that. They immediately charged my 150 USD.

I got no access to any media I wish to get. Mediabridge.cc promises a lot but it results to be a scham site. Avoid to give up your credit card data!

3. fill out cancellation form hard to find but its their.
4. email support as per terms of use... they did email back stating cancellation will be after first billing?????... In clear breach of terms of use section 4. I informed them of this!!! only to get a email back we got your question and working on a response

I don't even know why I subscribed to this sh**. What the heck was I thinking? giving card info for a "free" trial? Their website doesn't work, and all they do is take money from you. I just noticed it myself so I don't know what's the best way to get out of this scam. Can anyone help me?

Im from CR and just found out the constant charges of this mediabridge.cc that I dont even know where or what it is? This is totally mindblowing robbery!! $59 every month charge on my card!!

This company is really a SCAM, very bad practice of this company and I hope someone will look on what they are doing.

I have just realized that media ridge.cc has been charging me multiple times a month and I can't tell how far back just yet this goes.. however I do not recall signing up for anything other than email subscriptions and for coupons in the mail. How do I "cancel account" ??!??

I was looking for a book online and I got directed to Mediabridge to download the content I needed and they offered a free trial. I signed up for a free trial not knowing that they would charge me 50 dollars every month until I discovered a charge on my bank statement in September. When I looked back at my account I saw that they had charged me 5 times since 2017. I contacted them they automatically cancelled my account apologized and said they would refund me but only for teh transactions in 2018 because the ones in 2017 were locked in their systems. They sent me emails confirming the refunds on Sept 14th saying that it will take 5 to 10 business days. To date I haven't received anything and I sent them my bank account statement to prove them that I did not receive no refund. I am still waiting to receive an answer from them and there are denying one charge.

SCAM Contact your card holder and request a new card

SCAM - emailed them around two months ago AND used the cancellation form filling all stuff correctly. The 'customer support' replied that everything is cancelled and will not be charged anymore.. and now every single month I'm getting charged 1$ on my credit card. Now I'm trying to cancel again or anything in hopes of stopping this theft but now their site doesn't even open!

BAD - SCAM. Signed up to these guys when texted by Kogan that I had won a free offer. I never gave them my credit card details but they nonetheless managed to withdraw money. I have repeatedly tried to get onto their website to cancel but it won't open. Someone said they had a cancellation form - ha ha! You have to be able to access the website to use that! Changing my card is a big deal - all direct debits etc all have to be likewise updated - the bank won't block a company.

SCAM! Do not sign up. I signed up and immediately lost $3. If you have signed up, call your bank asap and block your card and change a new one!!!

I actually found the form online and you can request to cancel and have your money refunded back to your card. Also, if you didn't authorize transactions for a lot of the reviewers that say they keep having money taken out of their accounts, just dispute it with your bank and they can stop them from withdrawing money and the bank will deposit the money back into your account. Not sure why some of the reviewers haven't just canceled their cards and ordered another one to stop this from happening... kind of strange...

SCAM ... SCAM ...SCAM. Don't do it. I signed up for the free trial but right away it withdrew 1.5$. I canceled my debit card to stop any further unlawful withdrawal.
I recommend anyone who falls victim to do the same. I have already reported this fraud website to google and am waiting for a response.

I have just signed up and lost 1brazil and 2 euro from my account immediately ... SCAM SCAM SCAM.. BE CAREFUL.. NEVER SIGN UP TO MEDIABRIDGE. I DON"T KNOW WHY I SIGN UP MEDIABRIDGE BUT PICKAFLICT (another FAKE WEBSITE) MINUTE 1 EURO.

I had sign up then lost 2 euro and 1 brazil. You have to cancel your card immediately by calling the switchboard of your card bank, then the next day go to the bank to change card.

Fu.... scam company, they've been ripping off my account for 39 euros every month for a year by now without my accept!

This is a fake firm. They draw cash from your card even though it is a Free Trial.
I hate that I need to give them at least one star - they should only have zero stars.
